“Even though the location didn’t have the highly sought after antiviral for my child, the pharmacist took the time to look up another location and confirm they had the very hard to find medication. This was the 5th pharmacy I’d visited that day looking for it and their team took the time to provide customer service to someone they wouldn’t see a dime from. For that, we will go back there next time.”
“I need a prescription like every five years or so I’ve been here twice. Positive experience both times. Since I come so infrequently, I never know where to stand in line or how pharmacy even works but they help me in a friendly manner. Way better than any chain pharmacy where everyone looks miserable waiting around-you don’t see that here. I think the guys name is Jay.”

“I agree that the text notifications are problematic, but if you use the website (or app), it gives you the info you need.
But as far as the staff - 95% of the time I get great service. Friendly, knowledgeable pharmacists and techs that go out off their way to lend a hand. I used to deal with a different pharmacy that was SO terrible - I'm really grateful I found this one!!”

“Awesome pharmacist and pharmacy workers. My weekly injection pens got stuck and I was panicking so I called the pharmacy since I got my injection pens there. The pharmacist picked up the phone right away and after listening to my problem, hey immediately provided my the manufacturer's phone number as well as guided me on how to best explain the situation to the manufacturer. I followed his advice and got a whole new box replaced for me within an hour of calling the pharmacy. It's really great to have a dedicated and caring pharmacy workers who's there for you, and I will transfer all my meds abd my family's meds from CVS to Kroger”

“I was just at this store and had the most heartwarming experience. I spilled my coffee just purchased at Starbucks on the checkout line. It made a huge mess. I felt so bad but the attendant was so kind and told me if this was the worst thing that happened to me then it’s a good day. What a bright light. She even was kind enough to go down to the Starbucks and get me a brand new coffee. This truly made my day.”
