“The best secret little spot I ever found. I came across it and now I go there every time I have to mail something. There’s never a line. The guy is polite. He’s quick. He’s fast and he’s reasonable before finding him. I stopped into another pack and ship he was $10 more so when this guy told me the price, I said you just made yourself a brand new customer it gets old being ripped off by packing ship places definitely definitely go here.”

“We signed up to get the TSA PreCheck designation to make going through airport security faster. There were multiple places to choose from to go in to the interview portion of the process. I selected this Allen location to set up the appointment. We arrived about 10 minutes early for my 11:30 appointment and signed in at the desk set up for that purpose. We were immediately called back. We presented our passports, entered our phone number and email address on the screen, put thumbs and then the other 4 fingers for both hands on the screen when prompted. The entire process for both of us was less than 5 minutes! Shari was very professional and proficient. In fact we noticed we were back in the car to leave at 11:30 - our appointment time!”

“Had an issue with them double charging me- the Mgr was awesome, they had computer problems, but my pkg was delivered on time. when it got fixed a few days later, I was offered a full refund but I only took back what I was overcharged. Great Mgr. Great employees- only go here to ship my items”

“Michael in the print department at Staples in Allen, TX made my day❣️ I picked up my print job and he had fixed the page to make sure my 3 hole punch paper had the holes perfectly placed so that it did not punch a hole in the words of my presentation❣️ When I said out loud, “I don’t think this will fit in my binder spine, it’s too wide,” he VERY QUICKLY ran to his computer and fixed it. he printed a smaller version for me❣️ This is the BEST customer service I’ve ever gotten at Staples❣️❣️❣️Thank You Michael❣️”
