“My wife and I always come to Fossil for watches. This particular store is our favorite. Today, we had Donald assist us with our purchases. His customer service is OUTSTANDING! We travel from Oklahoma to Allen at least 3 to 4 times a year. If he was not there, we would have left and probably wouldn't have purchased anything. The female who was working with him, saw us first and did not acknowledge our presence. We noticed she catered to others, saying welcome in, but not to us. Donald saw that, and really took care of us. Hopefully he will be there next time we come through.”
“Went in to get a new cell for my watch. Unfortunately, it took a while for them to get it done. The manager was super nice, she apologized for the delay and dint even charge for the new cell. Though the apology would have more than sufficient (was not necessary either) she went above and beyond to give us a good experience. This will remain my go to place for good watches.”
“I wanted non-pierced, screw-on, diamond earrings. I searched casually for years to find a jeweler to create my desire. Mr. Abraham quickly sketched what I wanted and I picked them up after 2 months and it was certainly worth the wait! My earrings are gorgeous!!
