“My Rolex was in need of cleaning and repair. I was hesitant on sending it through the mail to Rolex for repair- which would have taken over 6 months. High Grade Watch Repair was referred to me by a trusted friend so I thought I would give them a chance. John, the watchmaker was amazing. Not only did he repair and clean my watch, he buffed it to make it look brand new! They were even able to do an appraisal on the watch for me. The best part is I could meet them in person at their store and was able to pick up my watch within two weeks. Great customer service, professional and courteous. 5+ stars!⭐️”
