“I had such an amazing visit at this store in Allen. TX. Carrie is store manager (BOSS LADY) is what I called her. My smart watch kept giving me problems with keeping a charge and always died by 5 hours into day. Enough said with Carrie. She made me feel like I was the only customer in the store. Her attention and professionalism in handling my concerns were amazing. It was Christmas in July. Thank you Carrie for all of your help and getting me back on track as my watch is my business portal also. I will definitely be back to get a few more gifts in 3 months.”

“Wow!! What an amazing shopping experience with Chris F. at this location. Went in to get one piece for Honey and we ended up getting his & hers watches and 2 more birthday time pieces for him! Chris F. is very personable & super professional and knowledgeable about the product and was able to help guide us throughout the process. An amazing salesman he is! And EXTREMELY patient with Honey who had 3,462 questions and Chris F. did not shy away! Lol We are definitely true customers of Movado that will return to see Chris F.!”

“Wow.. the best I’ve ever experienced!!!! Some background on my previous repair experience in another repair shop: whenever I had any jewelry broken, that meant I had to drive to Plano for 15 minutes, hope they do it right, wait for a week or more sometimes, and then drive again to pick up. Sometimes to find it wasn’t done yet, though I had called to check in advance.Not anymore!!! I walked in on a Saturday morning to Allen jewelers, had two tiny gold pieces (earring and necklace) fixed in 5 minutes (!!!!), and to top my amazement, the manager did not charge me anything… I am speechless. Great start to a weekend. Found my repair spot finally, close to home!”

“Went in to get a new cell for my watch. Unfortunately, it took a while for them to get it done. The manager was super nice, she apologized for the delay and dint even charge for the new cell. Though the apology would have more than sufficient (was not necessary either) she went above and beyond to give us a good experience. This will remain my go to place for good watches.”
