“I had a great experience at Carstar Fort Bend Collision Center. From the moment they answer the phone, all the way to fixing my vehicle, and handling and dealing with the auto insurance company (which was my case). All the team at this place is fantastic, professional, and they have plenty of experience dealing with insurance.Luis was amazing, he is the manager who helped me all the way. I called their office several (many) times with question and he was always very nice and professional. Luis was patient enough to clearly explain to me what my car had. I have to say I'm an illiterate in the mechanics of cars, and probably he realized that and gave me an explanation clear enough for me to understand all the details. Luis, was also great at following up.English is not your first language? No problem, they speak Spanish. Luis and Ana, the nice friendly lady who answers the phone, both are bilingual.My insurance gave me a list of places they suggested, my plan was to call at least three of these places and then decide. Because of this lady, Ana, I didn't call the other places, I was able to tell they have a lot of experience dealing with insurance because of all the information she gave me in the fist call. Plus, they have great reviews, and I know why.I also received a call from the owner, a very nice and professional man, and he gave me the updates on how the insurance claim looked like. They were on top of every detail.My car looks and feels like new. From start to finish I had a great experience.They have great customer service. “10/10 would recommend!! Took my Colorado for repairs due to an accident and Zach took care of me! They went above and beyond to buff out this scratch I had from something completely separate from the collision and I was super happy with the results! Zach mentioned me the painters name but I couldn’t remember it because of how surprised I was with the results. I really thought the yard length scratch wouldn’t come out but they did their magic! Definitely get with Zach for the painters name! Unfortunately, I didn’t take a before picture.”

“From the moment that they picked up my car at the scene of the accident to the day I got my car back, the experience was absolutely outstanding. Raul promised me that my car would be ready by 02/15/24, but to my surprise it was ready by 02/02/24. When I got the car back, it was as if nothing happened. The car looked perfect. Then, after a day or two, I noticed that my blind spot sensors weren't working properly. They came TO MY WORK to pick up the car and try to correct it. It turned out that I needed new sensors. They ordered them for me, came back to my work to pick up my car and have the new sensors installed. No inconvenience for me at all! They brought it back to me and over apologized for the back and forth. They took ownership of the problem and got it fixed. The owner himself, Brent, came in and dropped off my keys and apologized again. They really felt bad about it, but I was perfectly happy with everything. I hope I never have another wreck, but if I do, Quality will be there for her. Thank you guys for everything!”
