This company blows it out of the water with their supreme customer service and accommodation to their customers. They treat you like family and who wouldn’t choose to go where they feel wanted. Love their curbside pickup especially with an infant in the car and it’s hard to carry car food and litter while also holding a wiggly baby.

I tried to book an appointment at the Casa Linda location but was called and told they were unsure why the system booked me, but they could take me on Friday. I then set an appointment in Mesquite and got in with no issues. They seen a photo and was very transparent about additional fees that were to be included in my request. Later received a call that my puppy was complete in the projected 3 hour time frame. Will definitely be using this location from this point on.

He escaped our crate outside the clinic as we took it out of our car. Can you believe staff members tried to help us catch him....chasing him in 100 degree heat for half an hour ? This is a LOVE of animals ! These people are amazing. The BEST !!! Thank you ladies !

2860 North Galloway Avenue, MesquiteI am currently taking my mini schnauzer Frodo (10 years old) and Luna, who is a two-month-old puppy and they have already started their appointments at the vet. Dr. Betancourt assists us and I can say that they have always received me kindly. We have been clients for approximately 3 years. years ago, they helped me with my Lola who died last November, she always had very accurate medical care and she left due to problems typical of her age (13 years old). Dr. Betancourt always helped me know at what stage her heart problem was and letting me know when her time to leave was approaching, all the girls and Drs who came to help me know that they did the best for her and even this past Friday when I took Luna to her first checkup one of the assistants asked me if my My heart was full again (to my surprise she recognized me since she has not attended to me very often and she did so while she and many of the girls greeted and cuddled Luna with praise and kisses) I am very grateful for her words, it touched me enormously and of course I recommend this place.

I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Nancy and Bill. They are genuinely one of a kind and have made me feel so comfortable leaving my dog in their care, even for extended periods of time. They truly treat him like one of their own, and it means the world to know he is so loved and well taken care of while I’m away.
Bowser gets SO excited the second we turn down their street, which says everything! I can always tell he has an absolute blast there because he comes home completely exhausted, which is no easy task considering how much energy he has as a Lab! They are such wonderful people, and I feel incredibly lucky to have found them. I couldn’t recommend them enough!

Our waitress Carmen A recommended the maple cinnamon latte, and I’m so glad she did because it was amazing! She was super sweet, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. The service was great, the drinks were good, and the overall atmosphere was really nice. Definitely will be coming back to try more of the menu and have her as our waitress again!
