“I love shopping here, yes it’s busy. Midland unemployment rate is THE LOWEST IN THE STATE, they are probably short staffed like everyone else. Cashiers are always nice and friendly and never have a problem. Yes the lines are long, but it’s because they have great merchandise! Just bought a new rug, bathroom decor and some men’s beauty products. Great selection, great prices!”

“I purchased these items at Dillards in the Midland Park Mall today. All the employees we came into contact with were so helpful and friendly. The set of cookware was the display set and the last one. One of the ladies went to fetch the box and helped my husband pack it up while I paid. Very sweet lady cashier. In the shoe department, the cashier was also friendly and helpful. She made sure I got the discount and I saved $35 on my purchase! Good service, clean bathrooms, great sales!!”

“With two locations here in Midland Texas both have a Nice open floor plan with a wide range of selections overall neatly placed and displayed accordingly. Customer Service is readily available and the staff seems friendly and eager to help. Online orders and pick ups go through without a hassle and you can count on the corrections been made if necessary with management involvement and apologies for the inconvenience”

“I’m writing to give kudos to one of the managers - Alicia Sherwood. I stopped in this morning to exchange a T-shirt. I’m on crutches due to a bad hip. Alicia approached me with a smile to ask if I wanted help, which I was so grateful for and happily accepted. Alicia walked to the rack to get the shirt in the correct size, took me to the register without waiting in line, so graciously got my pickup orders for me, AND carried my bags out to the car for me. 11/10 service by Alicia. A true angel on earth and incredibly kind. Thank you, Alicia, for making such an impact and providing outstanding customer service! The store was also very clean and organized - and the Christmas items are beautifully displayed! If I was able to walk more easily I would’ve shopped for more!”
