“We had such a great stay at this Holiday Inn. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and everything we needed was taken care of. But honestly, the biggest reason we came back a second time was because of Juliesa.
She was incredibly kind, helpful, and made us feel so welcomed from the moment we walked in. It’s rare to meet someone who truly cares about your stay, but she really does. Because of her, this Holiday Inn is now our go-to spot whenever we’re in the area.

“Candlewood Suites is a great place with an amazing staff. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and goes above and beyond to make people feel comfortable. The hotel is always clean and inviting, and you can tell customer service is a top priority. Definitely a place I would recommend.”
“I loved this place. Having a kitchen, complete sets of free weights in the gym, and the super friendly staff is what made it for me. Being able to borrow a little shake blender for my breakfast was so nice too. I was able to work out in the morning, snag a milk box from the fridge, and make a protein shake in my room. This set up kept me on track my whole work trip. When I stay at traditional hotels the gym is always partially out of service and without a kitchen you can't help but eat out. Also the staff always had what I needed. Out of soap? On it. Smaller blender? Got it, and always with joy. I never felt like I was bothering them.
I want to stay in a TownPlace Suites everywhere I go if I can.”

“We definitely appreciated that the room and bathroom were clean. When we arrived, smokers were outside the front door smoking, but we did not smell any smoke inside our room or the hallways. This hotel allows pets so you will hear barking. We did not hear any dogs barking during the night, which was good! There is nothing fancy about this hotel but it was clean and we slept well.”

“Good hotel with a pool and lots of room outside to enjoy your evenings. Room is clean if you keep it clean, or you can let front desk know and they do the cleaning.
The only thing is they don't have coffee in the afternoon, when people working are going for the night shift. Does it take so much money to do a pot of coffee? All the other hotels have coffee in the hallway 24/24”

“The only faults I could find with the room were worn out outlets when I went to plug in the iron or my laptop and there were 3 ink spots on the carpet. Everything else was flawless. The staff was OK, and it wasn't where I'd have preferred to stay, but it was OK. Only 15 minutes away.”

“We tend to shy away from hotels as we prefer more peace and quiet. Our last hotel stay was a disaster with door slamming later in the evening leaving us unrested the next day.
What a breath of fresh air this Hilton Garden Inn was! Friendly staff, nice large, comfortable room, and oh yes, very quiet. The breakfast was even much better than usual. We will stay here again on our next visit to Midland.”

“The Location was near the Heart of Midland. There was plenty of choices for food, Check in/out was seamless and of little difficulty. The staff were friendly. The rooms had some wear, but not enough to ruin the visit. The matress wasnt too soft but I prefer a firmer mattress. The showers were hot and the bathrooms were clean. The sheets were freshly laundered. There is free laundry rooms to use. If I'm here on business again I would use Mainstay again.”

“My favorite hotel when I'm in town! On site restaurant is good and they serve great margaritas. Rooms are very clean and their customer service is great. I wish they had a stair climber in their gym to replace the broken treadmill.”

“The hotel was worth the money. The only bad thing it’s that we went for a volleyball tournament and the breakfast doesn’t start until 7 and that day we had the earliest games. Other than that it was clean and the front desk provided acceptable service.”
