“Shower head needs cleaning, spray pattern isn't comfortable. Ieking in bathroom shows signs of water damage. Key card stopped working on last night.
Room and bathroom were clean, fridge is a great size for multi-day stay. Location is perfect for me teaching motorcycle safety at the nearby dps. Stores are a reasonable 15 minutes away, gas station near the dps. Ilike the range of stiffness of the pillows. I would prefer the window unit to turn off the fan when not cooling. Lamps do not have usb outlets, but charging blocks available at the front desk for an unreasonable 20$ convenience fee. Breakfast is minimal yet satisfying.”
“You get what you pay for but it's clean and quiet. I will say that they are definitely better than the other places in this area. The beds are taken care of and it's changed allot since the last time I stayed here which was back in 2012. Clean microwave/mini fridge and good AC which is a big thing in West Texas. And they are so friendly!”

“I was a little hesitant about this place at first, but I guess there's always some people who'll have a bad experience (which is fair of them to share, that's not a problem) but I would definitely recommend this hotel.
The front desk service was top notch and very friendly as well as helpful and kind which is something that really ups my rating at any place. The lobby seemed cleaned and well kept. We got to our room and were very pleasantly surprised. I loved the fact that they didn't have rug, it made the whole place feel more clean. The beds themselves were very clean too, I didn't find any dirt, hair or spots on them. I have high standards for hotels since I am bit of germophobe and this place exceeded my expectations!”
“I loved this place. Having a kitchen, complete sets of free weights in the gym, and the super friendly staff is what made it for me. Being able to borrow a little shake blender for my breakfast was so nice too. I was able to work out in the morning, snag a milk box from the fridge, and make a protein shake in my room. This set up kept me on track my whole work trip. When I stay at traditional hotels the gym is always partially out of service and without a kitchen you can't help but eat out. Also the staff always had what I needed. Out of soap? On it. Smaller blender? Got it, and always with joy. I never felt like I was bothering them.
I want to stay in a TownPlace Suites everywhere I go if I can.”

“We definitely appreciated that the room and bathroom were clean. When we arrived, smokers were outside the front door smoking, but we did not smell any smoke inside our room or the hallways. This hotel allows pets so you will hear barking. We did not hear any dogs barking during the night, which was good! There is nothing fancy about this hotel but it was clean and we slept well.”

“I like the fact that the room's come with a pan and a pot. A dishwasher. Of course 2 burner's refrigerator and microwave 2 forks 2 spoons 1 little knife. I keep my room clean the fact that my husband works night's. Therefore he sleeps all day. The only issue I had was I had made a reservation before I came and the lady desk manager forgot to put in my reservation, therefore the employee had to check us in. He didn't explain how much a night was first of all. And employees should greet the guest at all time's!! The only greeting me and my husband got was from the 2 housekeepers we seen in the hallway..Other than that..it's peaceful and quiet . The manager Javier Ronquillo is really nice . He acknowledges his customers and loves Spiderman so if you ever wanna get him a gift that's wat he loves!!!! He fixed my rate completely right to where it should be. If you haven't stayed here you should give it a try!!! They also have snack etc downstairs in case you get a craving for something sweet or for TV dinners and they have breakfast (haven't tried breakfast)”

“Came to Midland for work and had to stay longer than we expected. We were struggling to find somewhere to stay and luckily we came across this hotel. We would definitely stay here again the staff was super sweet and the hotel was very clean.”

“Since under new management, I have stayed twice here and both times everything was perfect and it's very rare that I stay at a hotel where it's properly cleaned, hotel isnt sketchy, pool is unkept....looks like it's a husband/wife team they both were very courteous and sweet, so was their little one, he was a hoot! Love this place will keep coming back❤️”

“The rooms are very nice. But yes there is a "but" we requested a non-smoking room. When we walked in, it smelled unpleasant. Not clean kinda like if someone prior had smoked in there.
Well, I sprayed perfume, it helped a little. But then when we checked out the receptionist was unpleasant. He name was Elena. If you can't be nice at least fake it. She ignored my husband when he mentioned the rooms condition.
Noteworthy details: People should be more pleasant and friendly.”
“Nice hotel. Lobby, elevators and hallways were very clean. Room was nice and spacious. I was on the fourth floor and the water pressure was fine, and there was plenty of hot water. The locked access to the ice machine is a nice touch, and there was abundant ice. AC was super cold and worked fine. I used the digital key and didn’t encounter any employees my whole stay, so I can’t speak to the service - it my stay was completely satisfactory. Definitely recommend this property.
Rooms: Clean and inviting. In line with expectations for Hilton Garden Inn. Linens and towels were crisp and fresh.”
“Good hotel with a pool and lots of room outside to enjoy your evenings. Room is clean if you keep it clean, or you can let front desk know and they do the cleaning.
The only thing is they don't have coffee in the afternoon, when people working are going for the night shift. Does it take so much money to do a pot of coffee? All the other hotels have coffee in the hallway 24/24”

“American standard for this type of hotel. Very functional. Also standard American breakfast, that is, rich in sugar. Good location, nothing far away that 10 minutes by car can't reach.
Rooms: Large rooms, with work desk.
Walkability: In these types of cities in the United States, a car is essential. I haven't seen a single bus in five days.”

“Very good stay for a very good price. I didn't get her name but the lady who checked me in last night told me the booking site I used hadn't actually sent them the money for the room. When I went to show her the money came out of my account she said don't worry about it and checked me in. She also gave me a late checkout since I was getting in so late.”

“Rooms were recently redone . has dark laminated wood flooring and nice marble in the bathroom and sink area . the bed was clean and the bathroom is spacious. Room service was offered everymorning. The family running the motel are firm but kind and helpful people.would definetly recommend for a quick stay.”

“Do not eat at restaurant.worst service I have ever received Took 1.5 hrs to get a steak salad. Ordered appetizers and never received them, asked waiter and he said they were coming.never got them. Bad part there were only 2 other people in there and they had not gotten their food when we left. They were there when we walked in

“It was a fairly good price motel considering all the other motel prices in the area, the staff were nice, good channels on tv and A.C. was working good, Dennys right across, convenience stores near by. It was a good 4 day stay. I'd definitely consider staying there again. It was basic but a great stay. ??”
