“Went to Midlothian branch today for husband to open a savings account. They only had 1 person helping with accounts. Waited so long to get taken care of.Usually go to Mansfield branch on Country Club has so many more to help. If we didn't have to wait for about an hour in Midlothian it wouldn't be so bad.On the positive side, I Love Texas Trust. People are always friendly and always takes care of my needs a timely fashion. I won't leave them.❤️”

“I had an excellent experience at this bank. Jessica Portillo assisted me with great kindness and professionalism. I had a small mistake with a check, and she handled everything patiently and clearly, making the process very easy and stress free.
I honestly don’t understand why this branch has some negative reviews. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and helpful, including the manager, who was extremely kind and professional. The branch is clean, well organized, and there is plenty of parking available, which makes the visit very convenient.
I think some people may not have adjusted yet to the appointment system, and that may be where some frustration comes from. However, the customer service itself is excellent.
Lastly, I want to say how proud I felt seeing several Hispanic employees at this branch.
Jessica speaks Spanish and provides outstanding service to Spanish speaking customers. In a country where some Hispanics may feel embarrassed to speak Spanish, it is refreshing and empowering to see our language and culture represented with pride. Spanish and our community are truly wonderful.”

In fact when we were a victim of a fraudulant website stealing our money, they were quick to help us get our money back. They made it easy to switch accounts and fix everything. When I have questions, they are polite and explain.”
