He explained each issue, and what he could and couldn't do, staying on it until he knew I understood. I was never rushed or talked down to. 10/10 - local bank feel with regional bank coverage. Always greeted by a member of the team. Team members are eager, willing and able to help. Team possesses great knowledge of accounts, products and solutions.
Transaction 9/10 - in and out in minutes; regions does need to add digital terminals. Branch still has a motor bank.

Products 10/10 - regions offers a range of products to the consumer - they are competitive.

The entire team is professional, friendly, and makes you feel like a valued client — not just another transaction. There’s a sense of balance here: they’re attentive and cautious with every detail, yet still warm and personable.
I want to especially mention Kirsten. She’s always friendly, takes the time to get to know her customers, and even recognizes my business name when my employees come in to make deposits. That level of consistency and care really stands out.
Even though there are other branches closer to me, I choose to come here because of the great customer service and the welcoming atmosphere every single time.”

“I've been a wells fargo member for more than 10 years. Every service I've had need of, has always been available and easy to access. Customer service is heads above the rest! No automated nightmares to navigate. I've been notified on a Sunday, by an actual person, about possible fraud activity with my account. I feel that my money and my information is protected. The Wells in Mansfield is my go-to. The entire branch shows that they care about you, and genuinely want to help no matter the need. Ever since my parents passed, wells has moved mountains to help me navigate the estate, all the while showing compassion and empathy. Debbie is my hero! Practically holding my hand the entire time.”

“I have been banking with Woodforest since the year 2000 when I moved to Arlington. Staff here is great, Friendly professional, and remember your name. I can tell Woodforest takes care of its employees because they don’t have a big turnaround like Other banks do. They are conveniently located within Walmart grocery store, I can do my banking and my grocery shopping in one stop. My regular bank is in Mansfield at Debbie Ln and Matlock Road, of course any location you go to you’ll be treated just as great. Highly recommend this bank.”
