The location is new in an ample parking lot for easy access. They have an ATM outside and also an ATM inside as well. I have come here multiple times for money orders, cashier checks, and to deposit cash. Make sure you bring your debit card for easy access to bring up your account when dealing with the staff for quick and fast service. I also recently applied for a VA home loan through NFCU and got denied through their protocol. Customer service is great, and I'm always greeted with a smile when walking through the doors. “My husband and I have been banking with them for about 5 years now. We never have a bad experience and the employees are very friendly and helpful.My only issue is their ATM. It was damaged a year and a half to two years ago. It has not been replaced. I have asked the employees a few times since, starting about six months after the damage. I am told that there is a new machine on the way all three times I've asked. It never arrives. I have to use the drive thru, go inside, or use another ATM that charges me fees just to take out $60.Now, the online banking is shut down and the bank said they will be closed September 1-4th. It was actually shut down on August 31. I now HAVE to use another ATM and get fees added.Please, get your ATM fixed.”

I have rental property in another state and the fact the tenants HAVE to be on the same account for me to get paid is d**** The bank tellers at the front desk are wonderful people.
