“I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this Chase Bank branch yesterday, all thanks to the incredible branch manager, Nikki!
I came in needing assistance, and even though they didn't have a regular banker available at the moment, Nikki didn't hesitate for a second. She stepped right in herself and went completely above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of.
Nikki was incredibly friendly, patient, and professional. Honestly, the positive energy is clearly standard at this location—everyone at the branch was really, really friendly and helpful.
It is so rare to see this level of spectacular customer service these days. Thank you, Nikki, and the rest of the team for turning what could have been a frustrating situation into a fantastic visit! I highly recommend this branch.”

“This is an excellent location.Dominic is beyond amazing, along with every other teller. That being said, their branch manager should find a new job. She sat in her chair greeting people unnecessarily, for the half hour I had to wait in line. There was a line of over 20 people and she just sat while two tellers took care of everyone. She did absolutely nothing except reading and deleting emails or statements. She was also quite rude when I explained I needed to cash a savings bond and said I’d done it a different way before. To the point I had to assure her I wasn’t lying. All this, in of a crowded room with people silently observing. Do better.”
