“Yet again, the new Manager of the Midlothian HLE location has knocked it out of the park. She has turned this office, the performance, and the customer experience from abysmal to incredible in very short order. Highly recommended! Unfortunately, I don't remember her name, but when I saw that she was still working at the location I knew it would be a great experience.”

“Dom was incredibly helpful in the whole process of getting a last minute rental through my insurance for a car repair. He went out of his way to accommodate me and even met me at the collision center. He was professional and the vehicle I got was clean and in great condition. Although a 7 seater vehicle was not available, he gave me an excellent car and will be helping switch me to the larger vehicle, definitely going above and beyond.”

“I returned my rental here on a Sunday and had no issues whatsoever. The staff was super attentive and friendly. I was at the 31 day threshold for my insurance claim before i had to pay out-of-pocket and i couldn't return the rental at the airport for some reason. This was the only location that was open at the time!”
