“Dom was incredibly helpful in the whole process of getting a last minute rental through my insurance for a car repair. He went out of his way to accommodate me and even met me at the collision center. He was professional and the vehicle I got was clean and in great condition. Although a 7 seater vehicle was not available, he gave me an excellent car and will be helping switch me to the larger vehicle, definitely going above and beyond.”

“Corey was exceptional at everything...From checking in (picking up the car), to returning the car. He was extremely knowledgeable about company policy and explained everything in detail. Adding that it was NEW YEAR'S week and being busy. Corey handled all issues with the best customer service of 2024 that I've received as a traveler and I hope my 2025 bring more Corey's (customer service) in my life.

“I can’t remember the young man’s name today (05-3-26) that helped me but he’s a complete asset to Avis. Had an issue with my card company, and he kept a clear, open mind about the options we could do. Very calm, understanding and got the through the process of my extension with no problem. Definitely recommend Avis to getting this guy leveled up in the company.”

“I have rented from here numerous times and have yet to have a problem. People who are considering using a community location like this one, should understand that when there are large events in town, you may fare better by renting directly from the airport locations as they have many more cars available. The community stores often will have limited numbers of vehicles and will get cars from the airport when there's a need. If the community store doesn't have that option due to large demand, your confirmation may get canceled.”
