“2 impressive employees!!! I stopped on my way to ER to get a drink and snacks as i didnt know long at ER. My Blood pressure was thru the roof and i was scared but hungry. The wonderful man and woman both were very caring and concerned about me. i also remembered that i needed charging cord and the woman went and got me a couple choices as the man rung me up. Great job To both of them. i sat in my car putting snacks in my purse and the lady even came outside to check on me!! clean store!!”

She has constantly kept in contact with me about their status and now we can stay in our local little neighborhood and support this small business to get his cigarettes instead of a large chain who failed to place his regular order. “Overall, I want to say that the Kroger out in Midlothian to me is a five-star only because of the way they present themselves. I compare them to City market. Very nice and clean and stocked. The one change that I would like to see them make is in their sushi department. Because I rank them so high, I expect something else out of them. I noticed that sashimi is around $11. I can't expect the cost to be any different however, what I would like to see that they are placed on ice. When you sell raw fish like that bacteria can grow as it waits in cool temperature as it is. I'm not sure from the time they make it till the time it sells if it would still be good. I would want mine on ice if I was paying $11 for sashimi. My thoughts we're going back and forth wanting to purchase the sashini, to me because I love it so much it looks very inviting. But I just did not want to take the risk”

“All the cashiers have been very lovely, and I know the man Jason is referring to; if I had to guess, Jason asked an offensive question and got clapped on. The station also has the fastest pumps I've seen in Texas.”

“I have recently moved RX to Kroger. I have found the gentleman and Asian lady (hopefully it’s ok to say that) to be most helpful and respectful). I hate this but i am a rule follower. I don’t ask for meds before I am supposed to. Sometimes they will fil med a few days before 30 days and I am grateful because if they are out of a medicine sometimes it can take an extra 3 days. Every time I go in a pharmacy I am programmed to think, ok, this is when the ball is going to drop and I am going to have a problem. Not so with you in last 4 months. I say, they are excellent at their job and their work area always has an air of cleanliness. That is comforting knowing this is where my meds are processed.”
“I was in the pharmacy yesterday afternoon to get a refill and they went above and beyond normal duty to help me, the last time I picked it up was at a different store and it took a little while to get everything transferred over. I'm so grateful because I was short on time they stayed almost 10 minutes into their lunch hour so I can get my refill and back on the road, the staff was very friendly and helpful.”
