“This was such a nice hotel. Access is extremely convenient and there are tons of very close food, grocery, and drugstore options. The room was spacious, clean and quiet (except for road noise from 287) But you will have that anytime you stay at a hotel next to a huge highway. The parking lot was well lit and it felt safe, important as a solo female traveler. I stayed for three nights and had only pleasant interactions with staff. Everything worked, everything was clean, breakfast options were robust and there was plenty of food available. Really this was one of the better hotels I have stayed at at this price point. I would absolutely recommend, and will stay here again when business brings me up that way.”

“I guess Dallas area just has a higher standard. This was one of the cleanest Marriotts I've been in. Super friendly staff as usual, and a Texas shaped waffle maker... About as nice as the Springhill Suites at Fossil Creek in Ft. Worth. I wish all hotels were run at this level.
A+! Good job Marriott crew.”

“It's the cheapest place around Mansfield, Midlothian, and Waxahachie for weekly stays as of me writing this, so I was hesitant to book it, especially for a weekly stay room. I was afraid it'd be horrendous or that the pics online would be misrepresenting the rooms somehow, but not at all. I got one of the rooms on the top floor overlooking QT and 287.

Guy at the front desk was super nice and seemed like a people person, and gave me his personal number in case I needed anything for my room.
There was a small stain on the armrest of one of the chairs, but everything else including the bed was immaculately clean, as were the showers and room in general. It was even kinda stylish with wood flooring and nice modern furniture.

I had stayed in the Best Value Inn in Midlothian previously for a week and it cost 560$ a week and had obvious fire damage on all the electrical outlets, and spotty wifi that routinely went out for minutes at a time no matter where you were around the motel, and doors that were janky and didn't even shut properly, and shady characters that messed with my door handle and were peaking in my car ogling my valuables, and even kept pulling off my do not disturb sign so I had to tie it with a sock to keep it on. Housekeeping staff there barged in on me my first morning while I was asleep.

None of that at Courtesy, and it's cheaper.

Literally the only downside is that this place doesn't have a swimming pool, but it's actually a nice room for 460 per week, which is 100$ less than Midlothian for weekly rates.

It is stylish, clean, has all the same amenities minus the pool, plus actual functional wifi.

I was legitimately, pleasantly surprised, and no, I was not paid to say this. Lol.

This is a great value and you're not gonna feel grody and gross staying here.

My room had the vibe and aesthetic of a Marriot or Doubletree, bed was firm but comfy, and you can't beat the price, at least not when I checked.

I'd totally stay there again if I was around Mansfield or Arlington.

Legitimately should have a better rating.”

“Booked online a suite with 2 rooms for my family of 5. It had a queen, sofa couch, and king bed. TV in both rooms, mini fridge, microwave and chaise with adjustable table. The shower had limited hot water, it was luke warm and then hot for maybe a minute. The toilet seat didn't stay up so for males you either had to hold the seat up or pee sitting. If you like sleeping in the dark too bad, the TV's have lights and so does the light switch for desk lamp, so you have 2 night lights. Breakfast is good, first morning they had cheese omelets, scrambled eggs, turkey sausage, bacon, biscuits, sausage gravy, pancakes, plenty of bread choices, oatmeal with add ons, fruit, yogurt, milk, oj and apple juice. The second morning the omelets were replaced with potatoes which were yummy. The coffee bar also has hot cocoa and a variety of tea. Overall a good stay.”

“I truly loved my stay at this hotel. The beds were clean and comfortable, the service was excellent, and the staff showed great flexibility. Every team member was kind and attentive—especially Jasmine, who went above and beyond ??❤️. Breakfast was great, everything was spotless, and communication was consistently excellent. The cleaning staff were incredibly helpful and always ready to answer any questions or assist with anything needed.

The only downside I experienced was the pool. The chlorine level seemed higher than recommended, which caused eye irritation and some difficulty breathing. If you have asthma, I would advise caution. I mentioned this to the staff, and I understand they can only do so much, but I truly hope management or supervisors can address this issue. I would not recommend using the pool until there is a daily log available showing proper pH and chlorine levels.

Aside from that, I will definitely choose this hotel again in the future.

“Mr. Henry the owner of the hotel has an exceptional staff, and I love how he makes sure everything gets addressed if there's a situation. They are very helpful, professional and very knowledgeable. My room was exceptionally clean and huge. It was the only king suite with living room and when I tell you it did not disappoint. Food great, clean hotel and staff just awesome, thanks for helping me so much and being there for me cause buying a home is so stressful and when I tell you everyone helped me out, they went out their way to make this process so much easier. To the front desk staff Melissa, Perla, Kathy, Adi? Cecilia thanks for always having my room cleaned ? Mr. Henry thanks for being an amazing owner, I see you really care about your employees and guests.”

“I stayed here a few years back and it was awful. It wasn’t clean and the beds were way too hard. I chose it this time due to location and price. I was pleasantly surprised with the changes. My room was clean and updated, the staff friendly. The coffee was actually decent and the shower was amazing. The beds are still underwhelming but not terrible.”
