“I have been a customer at this BBVA Branch for about 10 years. When I have needed to come to the branch I have never had any issues whatsoever. The only thing that I do not like about this branch is their ATM. I rather use their ATM on Mayberry. Other than that, I have no complaints about this place.”

“The bank is short staffed due to COVID-19 so the wait is about 10-15 minutes which is very understandable. Gilbert was able to manage customers by himself in an expedite matter. I was very pleased with his customer service, never did he make a bad face or showed any signs of stress while the line kept getting longer.”
