“Lots of variety ! The prepared food court offers a lot variety. However a lot of the products look good but disappoint, Please check the expiration dates this store has a habit of offering item beyond their shelf time. Also their delivery service seems purposefully built for not expecting returns. When you attempt to return an item the manager must be asked. Huh !!! Why Walmart on the other hand has it covered no questions asked. Go Wally World !!!”

My only drawback is when I go to customer service to purchase a 10 dollar money order the best they can do is 10.01 and I cannot use a 10.01 money order . Work on that .”
“I was surprised on how clean and well organized this ALDIS location was. They have incredible prices and everything you need to skip from going to the larger grocery stores. “This review is for the bakery. They always have such nice looking and tasting treats for me to grab whenever my will power to resist caves cause I can't say no to my sweet children right? lol They did an awesome job in all my children's birthday cakes or cupcakes over the last year and were on time with it and easy to pick up and get out of there via self checkout. There's also been multiple occasions that the baggers would help me out to my car (without me asking) because I had my baby sleeping on me or I had to bring him in the stroller with my two other children in tow.”

“Regardless of a inconvenient past experience, I can also give acknowledgment where it's due. I am happy to share my experience. As I was in Yessenia's line to check out, I witnessed excellent customer service skills. The customer she was checking out 2 people ahead of me seemed upset with her because her card was declining. Yessenia stayed calm and composed, as the customer tried the card multiple times. After a while The customer behind offered to pay for that customer's purchase. The customer continued to be short and rude to the cashier and customer trying to pay for her. I was amazed at the calmness Yessenia maintained throughout. When it was my turn she checked me out with smile as if nothing happened and was very kind. I Loved that! Great job to you Yessenia!”

“Since I've moved into this area, I decided to transfer my prescriptions. Everyone from the Technicians to Pharmacists Ms. Hattie Davis were very professional and courteous. I came in last week to pick up prescriptions I had called in and to also fill new prescriptions. The Technician nor the Pharmacist could not read the prescriptions. I told them to look at what the doctor had written before. They filled my prescriptions and I left. When I got home I realized the one for my lips was a cream but should have been an ointment. (I have dry lips). I called as soon I got home and took my prescriptions out of the bag and read cream. The Technician asked Ms. Davis if I could return it because it was the wrong one. I was told as long as it was not opened I could and the doctor corrected the prescription. I came in the next day and Ms David was not there. The Technician told Pharmacist Youan that the doctor had called in the correct prescription and I brought back the wrong one. Ms Youan immediately started yelling at me as if I were a toddler playing in the store, telling me they don't take prescriptions back especially if they are opened. (If she would concentrate on looking at the box, she could see neither end had been opened nor the tube penetrated). I didn't say a word. Then she said it could not be returned unless I had the receipt. I told her it was in the bag. She continued yelling and asked where is the receipt. I told her a little louder to open the bag. She is definitely NOT from Texas because we know how to speak to adults and children. She needs to go to anger management class and start all over. I'll give her an F- for professionalism and an A+ to the rest of the pharmacy staff. I have observed all of them with people on several occasions and they have been great!”
