“This is the first time we visited this location, and I have to say that the employees were ABOVE an BEYOND . Carol by the Registers helped us right away, greeted us with a smile and pointed us In the right direction. I did not get the young man’s name that helped us with the Toshiba air unit we bought, but I wish I had because he was very helpful as well. My husband is recovering from an injury and he can only do so much. This young man answered all my husband‘s questions , and we did not feel rushed . Afterwards, he put the unit in our basket so that my husband did not have to lift it. Jordon at the checkout also greeted us with a smile and helped us check out , told us about the Home Depot Card and helped us sign up . All of these employees made us feel like valued customers and really took the time to help and answered all our questions. We were not searching for help like other locations. Keep up the GREAT WORK . It was definitely worth the drive from Coldspring . We plan to make this our preferred Home Depot!!”
