I’m physically disabled so I wasn’t sure how I was going to manage getting the 40 lb bag of TSC pine pelletized bedding I came to purchase into the car, much less, out of it once home. CJ happily split the bag into two then loaded the two 20 lb bags into the trunk for me. Nowadays it’s often difficult to find the kindness, friendliness, & willingness to help that I saw in CJ. It may have been a little thing, but her warmth really did brighten my day.”
