“These folks always have nice people working at this store. They will make the time to help find what you are looking for. The restrooms are clean and thier shelves are always well stocked.”
“We bought 2 benches. We had a quick turnaround time. When we picked them up, they were gorgeous. I was able to pick the stain and I wanted. They are well made and I feel they will last for quite a while. He was very quick to respond when I had questions. Highly recommend his work!!!”

“Listen the store is great. BUT during the crazy rain while running through the parking lot I seem to have lost my small black leather pouch of crystals (near the outdoor garden section of the lot) if anyone finds em or they get turned in by some fate of good will, contact me!”
“Good selection but it's always frustrating because not enough staff to get help in loading feed into the car. I normally get 6plus bags of cattle feed, dog food or 40 lbs bags of salt and have to load it into my car myself. 64 y/o. The one girl always goes out of her way to help but most of the time No help at all.”
“Just what you've come to expect from this national hardware chain. Be aware that all stores are not laid out the same, the staff is friendly when you get disoriented and have to ask for directions. Plenty of parking. When we were there they had only one cashier working and two of the self-checkout were broken so it took a bit of time to check out.”
“I visited this store with a table leg and an idea. As I was trying to figure out where to go, I was greeted by Calvin. I completely hijacked him from whatever mission he was on. He listened to what I was trying to do and walked me to each and every aisle to help me put together the pieces I would need to make my idea a reality. He helped problem-solve and explained alternative methods. He then took me to select the wood I needed and introduced me to Aaron, who cut the wood for me. THIS...is true customer service. Calvin was friendly and knowledgeable... a true professional. Aaron took the time to double check my measurements, and even thought to use the leftover wood to cut an extra piece. Even, Brenda, at the checkout, was so sweet and helpful. Love this place!!”
“I would like to give an awesome shout out to Jack who helped me in the paint department today. I appreciated his enthusiasm for his job and friendliness. I had a photo of the paint can type. I told him I had the label on top of the can and he said that’s the exact color he needed to get the correct color. He shared a good tip by telling me the photo I showed for the previous paint would give the exact same color match or bring a dot of the color on a paper. He had great customer service skills.”
“Their lumber yard is a lot more organized with better lumber than Lowe's. However, Lowe's has a better garden center than Homedepot. They should build a homedepot in Willis closer to 1097.”
