“Well-run Walmart!
Checkouts are clean and clear of go-backs. Greeters are friendly and chat with regulars. On Mother's Day, a greeter handed me a rose and kind words, which was very touching.
Staff is always helpful, and I notice the camaraderie among them and management while they stock shelves and handle curbside orders.”
“Nice place to visit and find little trinkets and small things like decorated paper to write on and pens, dishes, toys, desktop utensils, organizers, Japanese dish items like food, candy. All the items in the store are made in Japan. Lots of items you wouldn't expect to find or were not looking for, stuffed toys, etc.. New items introduced daily priced very low.”

“It was busy, crowded, packed with items of Christmas, necessities and Valentines. The cashier was so nice and complimented my Purple. I found very nice 4T outfits for my Grand niece. And a great deal on a sweater that I'd bought for my Mom at Dillard's for Christmas that was $30 less at Marshall's. I bought one for me because I really loved my Mom's.
Overall we had a great experience.”
“I always walk in and leave this Walmart so happy. The greeter Duc is so sweet and I always appreciate his kindness. Every time I go he always says “hey how are you”. His smile is contagious! Walmart in Wylie you got yourself a good one!”

“Your typical Kohl's. Nice big parking lot, easy access. Enter and you'll almost always know what season it is because they'll have some colorful items near the front door to remind you and inspire you. I do enjoy the selection of clothing for everyone in the family. Love their clearance sales the most! What I do not love is the check-out where you're funneled through a line. The problem is that people from the front and side of the store constantly walk in front of you, push others aside, and go to the back of the line, OR they downright cut in front of you. Not pleasant. The employees are okay, but the store seems understaffed at times. Anyway, if they have what you were looking for, it is worth it.”

“My mom recently passed away & she had some clothes with tags still on from Macy’s. Visited this location to try to see if any of the items were returnable. The first employee in customer service that first assisted me, whose name I unfortunately didn’t get, was completely unhelpful & unwilling to simply scan the labels to check for me. The manager, Kaden, stepped in & took the time to scan all the items & accept some of the items. He was very patient & kind & I really appreciated his assistance.”
“This shopping experience was awesome! As soon as I walked in the store’s lighting, airiness and cleanliness was refreshing and very welcoming! The produce was displayed beautifully and its variety and freshness was evident. The merchandise aisles were wide enough to allow two shoppers to comfortably shop each side, and the products were well displayed. The customer service was also exceptional. I will shop here again, and I have applied for their 5% discount card.”
“I have been going to this location for over 20 years. I have always gotten great customer service. I am going to go ahead and be fair and give this location a five star. However, today when I went to pick up my pick up order, the young lady that came out to bring me my items did not come to the side of the car that was specifically put in the note, all she asked was what my code was. What was I supposed to have and threw the items in the car on the wrong side and just walked away did not say hello did not Even show any type of welcoming attitude did not say thank you.”

“Tonight the Rowlett Target restored how I’ve been feeling towards shopping there! Not 1 but 2 people that served me acted like they loved their job , and they made returning and shopping (spending extra) easy ! My 19 year old even commented on their customer service ! We did not have the same experience the night before at a different location ( after spending close to 300.00 ?) it was very disappointing! It is amazing what a smile and a friendly attitude can do for retail! I often feel like that is lost , unless I’m at Chick Fil A and they have it down ! Thank you Rowlett for letting my son see the importance of a good attitude and a little effort!”

“Target carries Bubblr products and Caribou coffee which I appreciate getting there. I wish they’d carry more variety of the Caribou line. I also picked up a pepperoni take and bake pizza. I was pleasantly surprised how good it was from the crust to the sauce and cheese and pepperonis! I like this Targets location, the inside of the store was clean and the employees are always friendly.”

“I recently visited Macy's Backstage and was blown away by the amount of discount merchandise available. The store is a bargain hunter's paradise, with a wide variety of products at deeply discounted prices. From clothing to home decor, there was something for everyone at Macy's Backstage. The quality of the products was also impressive, with many brand name items available at a fraction of the retail price. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful, and the store was well-organized and easy to navigate. Overall, I give Macy's Backstage a 5-star review for its impressive selection of discounted merchandise and excellent customer service. I will definitely be returning to this store for my future shopping needs”

“I never leave reviews for Walmart, but felt like I NEEDED to get on and shoutout a cashier named Aleeta. She was checking out a lady in front of me. She started by emptying out the customers basket for her. The customer proceeded to ask for a price check for almost every item in her cart. After everything was rang up, and some items removed, the customer still had questions about prices and her purchases. Aleeta stayed professional, courteous, and patient. At this point, she had been serving this customer for over 20 minutes, then the customer had a problem checking out with her card and Aleeta even walked around to the other side to help her with that. I was quite pleased with Aleeta’s attitude in a situation when anyone could have become frustrated, even me who was waiting to be checked out next. Even when it was my turn to check out, Aleeta didn’t bad-mouth the lady, she just felt glad that she could help her. Wow! That is the type of customer service that I would like to see EVERYWHERE. She was a great representative for your store.”

“Can I complain that this Walmart’s too big? Well, I am. Not always a bad thing since they have more selection than other Super Walmarts. But they don’t have some items/brands we usually buy. Mostly they’re out of stock. Also it’s inconvenient to have to walk do far from the Produce to the Health Care section, when we’re in a hurry to shop & go. Their layout is different than other Super Walmarts like in Sachse & Wylie too. This is a Walmart for taking time to shop & not a grab & go.”
