“I visit this location often and I have never in my life loved a UPS store more than this one!!!! I won’t go to the other location off Campbell, even if I am closer to it when running errands. Cheryl and her team are one in a million. They are FAST… efficient.. and so likable. Cheryl will even hold my baby while I’m unloading packages from the car. She has been my favorite UPS owner/operator since 2018. Her family and staff are also the absolute best. Don’t waste your time going to any other UPS… you should go out of your way to come to this location!!!!!!”

“Dont review often, so its my first. First off, Wonderful location! Stopped by for a quick return and a gentleman by the name of Jerome helped me out. He was so patient and kind (smelled good too), when I had questions about how shipping works... as I never had to ship something before. When I looked over the other reviews some of them seemed a little entitled... so dont trust everything you see. If I'm ever back in this area for a return or shipping, I'm going here!”
“We signed up to get the TSA PreCheck designation to make going through airport security faster. There were multiple places to choose from to go in to the interview portion of the process. I selected this Allen location to set up the appointment. We arrived about 10 minutes early for my 11:30 appointment and signed in at the desk set up for that purpose. We were immediately called back. We presented our passports, entered our phone number and email address on the screen, put thumbs and then the other 4 fingers for both hands on the screen when prompted. The entire process for both of us was less than 5 minutes! Shari was very professional and proficient. In fact we noticed we were back in the car to leave at 11:30 - our appointment time!”

“GREAT REVIEW!! I stopped in here to buy some stamps, one day, since it's on my normal route. After my first visit, I realized that it would be my new go-to destination for all shipping needs (FedEx, UPS, USPS). Also, if you need a last-minute greeting card for any occasion, they've got you covered. I've been there about 3 times, and I'm a huge fan! My loyalty to them stems from their kindness, friendliness, and overall great customer service. I've dealt with Arian and Angie. Both of them are super sweet, while meeting all your needs. There is another gentleman there sometimes, but I don't know his name. He is also super friendly and very welcoming when you enter the store. :-)
If you need printing, shipping, stamps, notary services or even passport pics, this is your spot! Thank you Mr. Parcel for being so accommodating, helpful and always sending me out door with a smile!”

Summary: walked in 4:55 - my 3 packages had shipping labels and ready to scan - young lady was closing out drawer and definitely lacked customer service.

“I called to ask about notary services, and I spoke with a UPS agent named Sam Henderson. He was extremely polite and helpful and explained that the cutoff time for notary services was 6:45 p.m. My son and I quickly rushed down to the store, and we were fortunate enough to meet Sam in person.
Sam was incredibly helpful and patient. He guided us through the entire process, made sure everything was completed correctly and in the proper order, and took the time to make sure we understood what we needed to do.
I’m very thankful for Sam’s kindness and professionalism. He went above and beyond to help us, and I truly appreciate the excellent customer service he provided. UPS is lucky to have someone like Sam on their team!”
