“I found this location today and im so happy I decided to bring my package here. Very welcoming staff and amazing customer service. The star of the show was Luke. I was out of it today from running around looking for a box for my laser, carrying my young son in the Texas heat. Luke was so sweet he took his time to find the box that would fit all of my items including my laser cutter. Luke packed this box with care and precision. He got the box out just within minutes of cutoff. After the day i had Luke was the breath of fresh air. I will definitely make this my place for all things printing/shipping. Thanks Murphy Fed Ex!”

“I visit this location often and I have never in my life loved a UPS store more than this one!!!! I won’t go to the other location off Campbell, even if I am closer to it when running errands. Cheryl and her team are one in a million. They are FAST… efficient.. and so likable. Cheryl will even hold my baby while I’m unloading packages from the car. She has been my favorite UPS owner/operator since 2018. Her family and staff are also the absolute best. Don’t waste your time going to any other UPS… you should go out of your way to come to this location!!!!!!”

“Located right next to State Farm, this place is part shipping center and part... oddity shop. They sell a pretty bizarre and random mix of items—everything from Turkish lamps and Halal vitamins to bakhoor perfumes, women's purses, Islamic wall art, wall clocks, halal gummy candies, forhead thermometers (?!), wallets and blankets. It’s definitely a bit of an off-putting collection, but the atmosphere is pleasant enough.
I originally went in to drop off a FedEx package, but their system couldn't scan my FedEx QR code (though a nearby corporate FedEx scanned it with no problem right after).
Even though the scan didn't work out, the guy at the desk was fantastic. He was super helpful, kind, considerate, and apologized profusely for the tech issue. The inventory setup might be weird, but the great staff and welcoming vibe definitely make up for it!”

He was so patient and kind (smelled good too), when I had questions about how shipping works... as I never had to ship something before. When I looked over the other reviews some of them seemed a little entitled... so dont trust everything you see. If I'm ever back in this area for a return or shipping, I'm going here!”

“The best secret little spot I ever found. I came across it and now I go there every time I have to mail something. There’s never a line. The guy is polite. He’s quick. He’s fast and he’s reasonable before finding him. I stopped into another pack and ship he was $10 more so when this guy told me the price, I said you just made yourself a brand new customer it gets old being ripped off by packing ship places definitely definitely go here.”

“I purchase my labels online for my business and can scan and ship with their self serve option. I’ve never had any issues and always go in the morning the same guy is super friendly to help or let me know he’s there if I need anything.
I think people just need to realize how hard customer service is and if you walk in acting like a karen you deserve to be treated like one. Just be kind it’s not that hard and it doesn’t cost anything.”
