“It was pouring down rain today and I was distracted, but it was the first time I walked into a UPS store and there was no line! I needed to adjust the drop off location for some Amazon returns and I couldn’t think straight. I asked the associate at the front if I could change it and he kinda gave me a non answer. No hate, he wasn’t rude or anything. Then Davis spoke up from the back and said he could help me. I literally handed him my phone and he walked me through how to change it and made the returns. It was definitely above and beyond customer service expectations. Super nice guy and very helpful. Thanks Davis.”

“I stopped in today (2 Sept 2023) because I had to fax something to the IRS.I thought, *who even has a fax machine anymore?!*Turns out, NASA Post n Print does!The price and customer service beats the pants off FedEx Business centers, (they wanted 2.50 a page for a long distance fax, and Naymul charged me less than half that).I love the chance to support small, local businesses, and will absolutely be back for all the office shipping, faxing, and scanning needs I cannot handle at home. I highly recommend NASA Post N Print.”

“Superior customer service at the Richardson, TX location. I walked away visibly displeased with the packaging service the store clerk provided. He evidently noticed it, informed his manager, and she called me to discuss the issue. Basically, I had prepared two different packages to be mailed to the same address. The clerk said it would be less expensive to have him put them both in one box and ship them together. I hesitantly agreed because the store was extremely busy ( Christmas time.). The total came out to be $73…way more than what I expected, hence my immediate displeasure. Not wanting to hold folks up, I paid passively disgruntled and departed. About a half hour later the manager called, apologized, and stated it would’ve been less expensive to ship the packages separately. She refunded me the difference. How many clerks would recognize the situation, inform their boss, and then the boss goes above and beyond to resolve the concern? Few and far between. UPS has earned my continued patronage. Well done!!”

“Loreal from the Office Depot in East Plano Texas off of 75 is a PHENOMENAL employee and her talent should not be overlooked. She completely corrected a huge print job a previous employee ruined for us and she exceeded my expectations as to how the re-do would turn out! I would like to thank her immensely and ask Office Depot to recognize her in any efforts they can!The printed and cut the photos in gloss cardstock and they printed and cut the vellum paper I provided.Some employees are not as savvy. As I mentioned, Loreal had to correct a job that was terribly done.”
