“Abbey (the store manager) and Cole at the Richardson location were AMAZING. Totally exceeded any of my expectations and so much more. The store was busy and they still went so surprisingly attentive to my needs, while also diligently attending to other customers smoothly.
? Abbey, the manager, even looked through my MASSIVE history of purchases all the way back to 2017 just to make sure that I got the correct divider size for my new puppy and I had no idea what size my new crate was before that.
? Cole is also so tender-hearted for animals and the passion he has for them is touchingly evident, and moving. Abbey too is, as she recommended beef lung to me - and now I am finely training my puppy with a very high reward product - while also not making her sick from things far too rich before

“They have a great selection of quality food to appeal to all 6 of my cats- from my special needs boy who's allergic to everything to my pickiest eater. And I love that most products have a reward system that gives you a free bag/case of food after like 10 or so purchases. I'm always happily surprised when I'm told that I've earned a free case (or bag) of my bougie cat food and only have to pay the few bucks in taxes. Lol.
Their return policy is top notch, as well- if for any reason your pet doesn't like/ can't eat a food, they'll give a full refund even if it's opened. Super helpful when trying to find a food that my allergic guy can tolerate. Plus, the workers are helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly.
Literally my only "complaint" about this place is that they put up Christmas decorations at Halloween and it makes me cringe, lol! But obviously, the rest makes me able to cope with that small perturbation. ?
Oh, and they also offer same day delivery! Or next morning, if, like me, you ever find yourself on your last can of food at 10 pm because you forgot to stop on the way home. You'll wake up with your furkids' breakfast at your doorstep. ?”
“The cat was in great condition. No cuts, no trauma, just a loving cat who has been greatly cared for and was ready to come home to a family. The staff were so welcoming and supportive. They showed me the best items I could buy for the cat and gave me the honest truth on cat food brands. Al their animals seemed to simply enjoy the company of humans and newcomers. My cat is very well trained and has no problem with behavior.”

He looks forward to his weekly play dates as much as our senior dog at home is glad to have a break?. All the staff have been very gentle and understanding. Scheduling days and drop off/pick up are a breeze. Bulk pricing is very reasonable. Highly recommend.”
“Too bad I discovered this place after living in the area for 11 months — they have an amazing pet wash station! My dogs are big, and bathing them at home is a real struggle (my back says goodbye ?). But here it’s easy, quick, and convenient — plus, shampoo and conditioner are included in a very reasonable price. I’m absolutely thrilled! ?”
“‼️‼️I absolutely love our Pet Smart‼️‼️ They always provide Chick Fil-A Grade Level of Service. Everyone is nice, kind, professional, always kind, and willing to help. We got my 14 year old her 1st pet fish and now a bearded dragon from Pet Smart. My oldest got her birds and guinea pigs from Pet Smart. Although she no longer has the other pets, we have also brought Karma, the bully Here, and we love it. Jonathan and all the cricket personnel are just a joy to chat with. We always enjoy coming. “I've been going here for a while now. Unfortunately, the person who took care of my fur baby didn't do a good job. I paid for a luxury service and got a regular service. The haircut was subpar. Uneven all over. The lady forgot my baby had a luxury service because I kept reminding her things included. I left and came back & she still didn't remember because I had to remind her again about the bandana. She then told the young lady who was bringing my dog to me that she forgot to add it to her notes. Am i to believe that my baby got the service I paid for? I am disappointed. I got home, and I after proper evaluation, I can see all the uneven cuts.
I really wish I didn't pay for the luxury service.
Update Dec 2024: I am glad that I gave it another try. I booked the same premium service as the one that was botched. They gave me credit to get the same service, so I didn't pay anything for today's service. Taylor was our groomer, and she did an amazing job. She is now our groomer of choice. I love how she takes care of my baby and soothes him when he is anxious. Her overall service is exceptional. Highly recommend her. She even remembered my baby.”

“Needed a small bag of Purina Pro Plan dog food. Good selection - good choice for both adult dogs. However black mouth curr prefers the specialized version (vet recommended) for stomach sensitivity. Pit loves this Complete Essentials for a change.”

“Hollywood Feed is such a great place to get better quality food for your animal pals. An employee at one of the stores suggested dry and wet food for my cat who has a sensitive stomach. He's been doing great so far! I also changed my dog's food recently. The few Hollywood Feed stores I've been to so far all have been amazing and have very helpful and friendly employees!”
