“UPDATE: took the Sequoia back for a little checkup prior to taking a long road trip, which we haven't taken in yrs, and oh my gosh....they called today just to make sure we were happy with their service and to say they would be praying for a safe trip for us! Who does that these days? Dustin....thank you for that call and your faith. I know this might be an issue for some, but as for me and my house, we serve The Lord! God Bless y'all and your call meant so much! Y'all are the best!Initial Review:Have an older SUV, a 2004 Toyota Sequoia to be exact, that we purchased as new....other than the usual maintenance, we hadn't put hardly any money into it until now. We had taken it to our usual Toyota shop for a brake light evaluation, but they found it to be in need of a lot of other work as well....mainly just general wear and tear like the shocks, struts, fuel injection cleaning, etc. With the brake sensor issue, all total, we were looking at over $10k. Decided to take it somewhere else for another estimate and we decided on Christian Brothers which we had never used before. After their own assessment, they came back with a few additional items like hoses, and minus one thing Toyota recommended, but our cost with them was $3k less than Toyota! We were ecstatic! They answered all my questions and stayed on the phone with me explaining things for as long as I needed - I never felt rushed or like I was asking silly questions. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to family and friends, and they will be our new go-to shop for whatever we need done on our vehicles! My Dad has an older model BMW that had some real specific problems that Brian admitted he wasn't too familiar with. “So this is my second review I believe ever. I wouldn't right this one except for the outstanding service. I checked around several places for tent that recommended to me by automotive shops I know. I was having trouble finding his shop and stopped at a used car dealership. The guy there told me where it was and told me that's who he uses also. The owner here is somebody that you just meet and know that he could be a friend if he was the next door neighbor. His prices were much better than anywhere I checked and he did a great job. My radio sucks in my car from the factory. I have a 2009 Honda CRV with factory navigation and turns out that the nav unit and the amplifier that's underneath the seat is a issue trying to find stereo equipment and so forth. So I asked John the owner about stereo equipment while I was there. He went far and above time spent that I know no one else would have spent that much time trying to figure this out with me. In conclusion I've got the radio I wanted in my car because of him. I highly recommend him for anything that he does. I just wished he did more as far as other car repairs and so forth. Very honest guy and great workmanship.”

“Fantastic customer service and work on my Ford hybrid. It needed both headlights replaced which, with this car, required removal of the front bumper (thanks Ford)!. Pictures were provided and quotes presented all along the scoping out of the issues & before repairs were completed. The AC wasn't working so that was another issue we worked through together. They called me & sent pictures about what they found & the required parts to fix it. I told them to go ahead; they secured the parts and got the AC back working! This family run shop is transparent, honest, and above all very auto knowledgeable. I've done business with NORTHRICH AUTOMOTIVE and Alex (owner) for 25+ years & honestly will never take my car anywhere else. They also have access to transportation to/fm NORTHRICH when I need it. Believe me, I've got 3 grown children now & at one time we were a 5 car family & we utilized Alex & company a lot more then than now but the service hasn't changed, it's gotten better, especially with Rochelle handling the front office!”
