“I want, no need, to give a HUGE shout out to Christian Brothers! Stopped in to get an inspection last Thursday while I was next door at ATI physical therapy. I was greeted by Jules and she was so friendly! She explained their inspection system had been down but I could make an appointment for my next PT day so I did so for 8/25 at 11am. Walked in this morning and there was happy Jules who gave me a warm greeting. Dropped the keys and walked next door. Went to get the car and when I grabbed my wallet it hit me I had fraud on my debit card over the weekend and only had my checkbook. I asked if they took checks and she said no and I explained the issue. I said I was going to Chase a few doors down and would leave my driver's license or even my phone so they knew I'd be back. She told me to hang on for a minute and went to ask the manager and she came back and said you're all good, we got it. I said oh no, I can pay. Again she insisted they were going to cover it. Not a lot of business do that especially for a 1st time customer. Needless to say if I ever need anything done I know where I will be taking my car. Thank you CBA for making my day and restoring my faith in humanity!”

“I've been looking for a dependable car service business since we moved to Fairview a year ago. It took a while but Craigs Car Care has made it our top choice. With a 12-year-old truck, I find many places don't have the personal touch nor have a group of technicians that are knowledgeable and precise in all that they do. CCC does, and I mean everyone that I met from the moment I walked in, to the technician that test-drove with me, everyone is top notch. Clear communication and quick updates throughout the needed work. Finally, a place that feels right. Shoutout to Jason and GRZ for making me feel comfortable. I won't take my vehicles anywhere else from now on.”

“First time at CBA in Garland. Peyton greeted me upon entry and was very friendly and professional. She explained everything in detail and was beyond great. The tech, Jacob, came out and found a minor issue during the inspection outside of my routine maintenance. Not only did they correct the issue, they took care of it free of charge. CBA is not only family owned, but faith driven and I will be back for future service. This has been the best experience I've had at an auto care center hands down. 10/10 highly recommend!”

“I have been bringing my car to Plano Automotive for the past 7 years, and I cannot recommend Ali highly enough. Finding an honest and knowledgeable mechanic is not easy, but Ali truly stands out. He takes the time to explain what’s going on, shows me the old parts alongside the new ones, and makes sure I understand exactly what I’m paying for. His pricing is always fair and reasonable, and I’ve never felt pressured into unnecessary repairs. Most importantly, when Ali fixes something, it stays fixed. I have never had to bring my car back for the same issue. That kind of reliability and integrity is rare. If you’re looking for a mechanic you can truly trust, Plano Automotive is the place to go.”
