“There are simply not enough words to express my gratitude for the help I recently received from Steve of Best Choice Auto & Body navigating the insurance system and the repair process. My 2008 Lexus RX 350 was deemed a “Total Loss” for a minor one-car accident with a fence. Through Steve’s guidance in the process, the decision was reversed to “Repairable.” The problems didn’t stop there. My car was also mistakenly taken from the tow yard to an auction house instead of Best Choice during the recent ice storm. Steve was immensely helpful in the recovery of my car, and for advocating for the correct car parts (not used ones) being used in the repairs. Steve’s brother Wayne even adjusted my sway bar that was knocked out of alignment from all the excessive towing. My car is now restored to an even better version of its former self. Steve’s expertise in all cars and knowledge of the innerworkings of all insurance companies and working with adjusters was invaluable. His body work was also impeccable…my car sparkled like a new car. Steve and his business partners/brothers - Wayne and Sam - are the most honest, straight-forward people I have dealt with regarding car repairs. “Texas Audio is the place to get all of your audio alarm needs. Jr is the best he doesn't commit until he knows it can be done. I had an alarm / rote start installed by TA phenomenal job. I had bought my car from the dealership last August and couldn't get the alarm at that time. When I was finally in the market to get one the dealership now couldn't help. First shop I called, person on the other end was rude, and didn't seem interested. Omar, who is co-owner of Carstar, answered there, and I took our car to him within 30 minutes of our conversation. The shop handled everything, from rent car to insurance. They periodically kept us posted, and our car was repaired in a very timely manner. “I went to Auto Zone yesterday (Tues Nov 7) in need of a bulb for my headlight. I’m on a walker temporarily but it’s hard to get in and out of car! I called into the store as I sat outside the front door to see if they had the bulb before getting out. Steve was thebest…like a angel that came from no where to help me. He looked at my car found our the correct bulb. Took my credit card and came back out with bulb and replaced it. I didn’t have to go through the hassle of getting g in and out of car with the walker.Thank you for the great customer service.”

“This shop was recommended to me after I was involved in an accident. My insurance company was trying to get me to take my vehicle to a "partner" shop and told me it would take 30 days to repair. I decided to take it to First Choice Auto Mechanic and Body Shop and I am glad I did. Mike took care of all of the issues with the insurance company and completed the work in my vehicle in 10 days, not the 30 days my insurance company estimated at their "partner" shop. Mike was friendly and kept me updated on the process of repairing my vehicle. When I picked up my vehicle, it looked fantastic and brand new! Marco was the tech who completed the repairs and paint job on my vehicle and he did a great job! All of the employees I had contact with were also very professional and friendly. “I took my F150 to PCC to repair a scratched front bumper after i had visited several other local body shops for estimates. PCC's estimate came up several hundred dollars less than the estimates received from the other shops. The price was excellent but that is not why I selected PCC to do the work. I was wanting additional work done to the truck that other shops simply weren't interested in performing. I explained to Mario all of the updates that I wanted done to the truck. Mario didn't flinch and was happy to perform the work. I left the truck in his hands and PCC performed the work flawlessly. The truck was returned to me detailed and much cleaner than when I dropped it off. If you would like fog lights added to your F150, this is the place to go! I am in the process of restoring a 2006 Mini Cooper. I look forwrd to working with Mario and PCC to hopefully complete this project in 2024. I feel that I now have an ally in this project with Mario's knowledge and advice.”
