“Took two vehicles there for an alignment after being referred to them. I can say, they are busy, will allow you to schedule a time for repair and explain everything in detail. They are forth right with you, and from my experience, it appears they do excellent work and do not try to price gouge. I had great customer service and honest feed back. Oh, and a military discount!”
“Took my son's 2012 Toyota truck here due check engine light and running rough. They called the next day and had diagnosed the problem which would be covered under a recall at local dealership. The owner went as far as calling the dealership and verifying the part availability and coverage. What would have been over 1,000.00 to repair was fixed same day for free. Definitely earned my future business.

“Took my dually here after other shops refused to work on it and lied about what was going on with my AC. Anthony did a great job! Took care of everything I asked him to, communicated well and kept me informed of everything that was going on. Im not from here and wasnt sure where to take my truck but I definitely lucked out when I took it Truangle Offroad! “Good service, fixed my issues. Only complaint is that they threw all the stuff from my compartments into a box and one thing was a Aroma360 diffuser which was thrown in there upside down which caused the oil to leak all in the box and through the cardboard and onto my seat. The oil is empty because it’s all over my seat cushion and the diffuser no longer works because the oil got into the charging port and they are not cheap.”

The online sales person, Katina was very friendly and super helpful and put me in touch with Allison. Once we arrived, I was greeted immediately by Allison and explained my story (needed something with more room but due to recent divorce, my credit wasn't the best) She showed me several vehicles that matched what I had in mind and started working on the paperwork immediately. I had a bad smell in my car and I couldn’t figure out how to get it out so I started looking around and they answered immediately and took me immediately after. “Have been to Marks Automotive three times this year. Had truck batteries replaced (two), Honda rear shocks and lastly the front struts. They have always completed the repairs same day, competently and reasonably (labor). They are not cheap and parts are pricey, but they can be trusted to do the job properly.The only time I experienced any complaint was the recent repair on my Honda front struts. A piece of the front cowling was broken off, apparently during the removal of the top strut mounting bolt access cover plate. I was not told about the damage when picking up the completed car. The gaping hole was subsequently discovered during my routine fluid check under the hood. I have duct taped it closedto prevent entrance of under hood odors into the HVAC.So, be sure to inspect the completed repairs before leaving the shop is my take away from this experience. Probably also good to do this following any repairs performed at other shops as well.Services: Steering & suspension replacement”
