Losing our beloved Dalton was one of the hardest moments of our lives, and Hannah met us with nothing but kindness, patience, and genuine care. She came out to our vehicle so our 120 American Bully XL Dalton Lee could remain where he felt safest, and she treated him with such tenderness and dignity in his final moments.
She spoke to him softly, explained everything to us gently, and made an unbearably painful experience feel peaceful and full of love. We will never forget the grace and compassion she showed our family and our boy. We are forever grateful to Hannah for helping Dalton pass surrounded by love.

Even though I came in late and definitely wasn’t the easiest timing, the staff didn’t miss a beat. They were welcoming, efficient, and made sure everything was perfect. It’s rare to find a place that handles a late-night pinch with this much professionalism and warmth. I’ll definitely be coming back!
