The manager has been extremely knowledgeable on which brand wet dog food to purchase. The store is always spotless, friendly,helpful staff and I have never smelled an odor of urine, or wet dog. Goose loves our trips to his store. The staff are always very accommodating. Prices are reasonable as well. Best PetSmart I have been to.
I also pick up the brand “Sustainability Yours”
Cat litter as well as Science Diet cat kibble.
They have a huge selection of cat food, treats and toy section!!
The animal section is always clean, the animals look healthy and fish are alive!

10510 FM 1464 Ste 500, RichmondAbout 10 months ago, I brought my lovely cat with a difficult issue to Embrace. My concerns and her symptoms and history of frequent, repeated UTIs had been minimized and ignored by others to the point I was told euthanasia was the only option. After lengthy consultation with Dr Laurel D., including a review of the cat’s complex history, old labs, and her demeanor, we took some first actions, including meds to manage symptoms. In the first months, symptoms improved but did not stop. Not one to give up, Dr Laurel stepped back, did some research, consulted with other vets, and worked with me to identify she suffered from bladder atony.
It took a bit of time to get here, but my cat has been symptom free and so happy for the past 6 months. She is finally a healthy girl again managed on relatively inexpensive medications.
The Embrace staff is friendly, caring, and both vets are thorough, willing to listen and work with concerned owners. No veterinary care is inexpensive these days, but Embrace is reasonable and only does diagnostic testing that is required/agreed upon by the pet owner.
I happily drive 30 minutes to get to the clinic and I send my friends with pets to Embrace! Well done Drs. Douglass!

2203 Thompson Rd, RichmondI called to ask about prices, and was told I could walk in between 8am to 12 noon but once I got there I was told I had to do an exam and rabies shots for both cats. If I'd known that I wouldn't have even wasted gas to go there. I took them to another place and tight their nails cut. The place is beautiful, nice and no complaints. I just feel to ask if new patient or return patient so given information is accurate. This made me late to an appointment I had. Thank GOD they waited for me.

The knowledge, ongoing support and training helped my dog to reduce his anxiety in a short period of time. I was incredibly pleased. Recently, as our d og has aged, he has been resorting to barking when we leave the house, because I was so please in the past, I reached out to them a gain. I received an immedaite response and the advice and support was incredible. I have in interesting situtation because I live in both the US and Canada. During the time of my dog's struggles, I worked with both a trainer in Canada and the US. I cannot express how please I was with both traner's support. I have worked closest with Pat Con in the US. What a wise and supportive person he is. As you can imagine, when you know your dog's barking is disturbing your neighbors, it is stressful. Pat not only gave me incredible guidance (consistently), but he also reduced my stress. I highly recommend Barkbusters and would be happy to answer any questions that someone may have.

Gino's Italian Joint
304 Morton St, RichmondGino's Italian Joint is pretty darn good. The atmosphere feels busy, but in a good way. There was live sax music, where the performer would mostly play near the kitchen, and he would occasionally move between the tables to play. It was a warm environment that suits well for large families.
The appetizers that we had was Pacino Rolls, which were delightful, and the truffle fries. The rolls have mozzarella and ricotta cheese wrapped in a fried layer of dough, with pepperoni to add just the right amount of salt. It comes with a marinara sauce on the side for dipping, but the dish is perfectly fine without it. The fries were pretty much what one would expect, but the creamy dipping sauce that it came with certainly elevated the appetizer.
Our main course was a margherita pizza. In addition to the normal margherita pizza ingredients, it also came with the shredded mozzarella you would find on most pizzas for added gooeyness; which was great. Also the basil was generous. And because the basil was chopped into slices and distributed evenly, rather than deposited as whole individual leafs, it ensured that you could get basil in each bite. The crust had a audible crunch, which really enhances the texture. I feel that they captured the NY style pizza just right.
The only dissatisfaction that I had from my experience with Gino's was how long it took to get the pizza following delivery of the appetizer. It took about 25 minutes after the appetizer, which may not seem to be that long, but the waiter put the pizza rack on our table about 4-5 minutes into receiving our appetizer. Which was an annoying obstruction on are already small bistro table. For me, putting the rack out on the table creates anticipation that a pizza will be placed on it very shortly, not 20 minutes later. Having received our pizza 1 hour after being seated is very long. It bothered me to the point of having requested for my pizza to be put immediately into a box rather than dine-in.
Overall it was a pleasant experience. I feel like this restaurant would be best experienced as a large family or group, where time is less noticed. And in good Italian fashion, I believe that is the best way to enjoy that food; with friends and family. I was very satisfied with the food, but I will probably just request a pickup order the next time.

There is a wide variety of drinks to pick and choose from and are dairy free and gluten free, however they were out of a lot of items like mango, strawberry, bananas, and boba straws. This is a shame because it’s some of their best items. But what is amazing is that they create their own taro paste and use natural ingredients for their other drinks.

She just made our experience even better so make sure you ask for her. The food was amazing. I got the barbecue ranch burger and the barbecue sauce is amazing so is the cheesy garlic bread and those signature barbecue chips OMG. Y’all go check it out. I will definitely be back a few times cause there’s so many options on the menu I wanna try so much more shout out to Angel. You are the best waitress that I’ve had in Texas.
