They were very friendly and helpful. They also took the time to explain everything and answer questions, even dumb ones, about care, feeding, and maintenance. Glad I stopped there!

Edwin did an exceptional job with her groom—he listened carefully to what I wanted and delivered a cut that was even more precise and thoughtful than I expected. Ziva walked out looking beautiful and completely at ease, tail wagging like she’d just spent the afternoon with friends.
The two women at the front desk were just as wonderful. They were warm, attentive, and made the whole process feel effortless from start to finish. It’s rare to find a place where the service, the skill, and the atmosphere all come together this well.
Edwin has officially become Ziva’s groomer from here on out. Highly recommend this team.

Luckily I found this vet in Google opened at 8am other places would open later, I called to see what the process was I don’t remember the lady name but was very sweet & informative & I informed her that I was heading over there when I got their they already knew who I was & checked the doggy sadly it didn’t have a chip the lobby was gorgeous! Definitely recommend this vet I live a bit far out so I wouldn’t be able to go to it but it had great service!

2203 Thompson Rd, RichmondI called to ask about prices, and was told I could walk in between 8am to 12 noon but once I got there I was told I had to do an exam and rabies shots for both cats. If I'd known that I wouldn't have even wasted gas to go there. I took them to another place and tight their nails cut. The place is beautiful, nice and no complaints. I just feel to ask if new patient or return patient so given information is accurate. This made me late to an appointment I had. Thank GOD they waited for me.

The knowledge, ongoing support and training helped my dog to reduce his anxiety in a short period of time. I was incredibly pleased. Recently, as our d og has aged, he has been resorting to barking when we leave the house, because I was so please in the past, I reached out to them a gain. I received an immedaite response and the advice and support was incredible. I have in interesting situtation because I live in both the US and Canada. During the time of my dog's struggles, I worked with both a trainer in Canada and the US. I cannot express how please I was with both traner's support. I have worked closest with Pat Con in the US. What a wise and supportive person he is. As you can imagine, when you know your dog's barking is disturbing your neighbors, it is stressful. Pat not only gave me incredible guidance (consistently), but he also reduced my stress. I highly recommend Barkbusters and would be happy to answer any questions that someone may have.

He sleeps so hard when he comes home from all the play, I love that they let him play with other dogs because he is so playful. I haven’t seen inside which is a bummer. But Bently seems to love going and they are very accommodating even when I mess up the reservation.

Everything from the food, the drinks, the staff and the interior of the place, it’s all phenomenal. The Cookie and the bread pudding blew me away. The owner, Ara Malekian, said that his goal was the cookie was for it to taste like warm cookie dough, and I think he nailed it. The bbq was delicious, the bark on all of the meats was the best I’ve ever had, and everything was so tender. If you come here, I highly recommend trying a little bit of everything. If you come with someone else, sit and talk with them while you eat, don’t spend too much time on your phone. Amazing bbq, amazing staff and owner.
