26960 FM 1093, RichmondI take Goose (our Brittany) with me at least once a month. Goose has a storage mite allergy. The manager has been extremely knowledgeable on which brand wet dog food to purchase. The store is always spotless, friendly,helpful staff and I have never smelled an odor of urine, or wet dog. Goose loves our trips to his store. The staff are always very accommodating. Prices are reasonable as well. Best PetSmart I have been to.
I also pick up the brand “Sustainability Yours”
Cat litter as well as Science Diet cat kibble.
They have a huge selection of cat food, treats and toy section!!
The animal section is always clean, the animals look healthy and fish are alive!

They saw us same day, gave us medicine with instructions on how to care for his ear and was reasonably priced. As for the neuter, we are still thinking about it but they provided us with other vet locations that offer neutering for a lesser price so that was nice and considerate. I will be back again since staff was friendly as well.

Friendship Animal Hospital
9825 South Mason Road # 150, RichmondWe recently had to come in for emergency services for our senior cat, Kawaii. Due to the state she was in and her old age, we had to make the heartbreaking decision of putting her to sleep.
Dr. Tran was very kind and compassionate during the entirety of our stay. She explained everything that was happening and answered every question we had. She and the team approached Kawaii with the utmost care and dignity during her stay till her final breath.
Words can’t express the gratitude my family has for Dr. Tran and her team. Letting our cat go was a very difficult and painful experience, but I am grateful that we had amazing people there to help guide us through.
I apologize for not knowing everyone that came in to help that day, but please know we remember your presence and the love you showed to Kawaii. Additionally, thank you all for your kind words and giving us a bit of our Kawaii before she can make it back home to us. Knowing that we aren’t alone during this sad time makes us feel just a little bit better ❤

2203 Thompson Road Suite 2, RichmondI called to ask about prices, and was told I could walk in between 8am to 12 noon but once I got there I was told I had to do an exam and rabies shots for both cats. If I'd known that I wouldn't have even wasted gas to go there. I took them to another place and tight their nails cut. The place is beautiful, nice and no complaints. I just feel to ask if new patient or return patient so given information is accurate. This made me late to an appointment I had. Thank GOD they waited for me.

The check in process is easy and well organized, especially if you submit paperwork via email before dropping off. I feel totally comfortable that our fur babies are being well cared for and loved by the staff. The pricing is fair and I like that there is not an extra charge for dispensing medicine to the pets. There are other boarding facilities closer to our home, but Waggin' Tails is worth the extra drive!

The knowledge, ongoing support and training helped my dog to reduce his anxiety in a short period of time. I was incredibly pleased. Recently, as our d og has aged, he has been resorting to barking when we leave the house, because I was so please in the past, I reached out to them a gain. I received an immedaite response and the advice and support was incredible. I have in interesting situtation because I live in both the US and Canada. During the time of my dog's struggles, I worked with both a trainer in Canada and the US. I cannot express how please I was with both traner's support. I have worked closest with Pat Con in the US. What a wise and supportive person he is. As you can imagine, when you know your dog's barking is disturbing your neighbors, it is stressful. Pat not only gave me incredible guidance (consistently), but he also reduced my stress. I highly recommend Barkbusters and would be happy to answer any questions that someone may have.

603 Tori Road, RichmondI absolutely love Stay N Play Pet Place! I’ve been taking my dog, Tux, here since December 2025, and he’s been about five times now. Every time I drop him off, he’s so excited and clearly loves it!
I recently brought my new puppy, Pretzel, for her first stay, and she had a great time too. I was a little nervous this last time because she’s still not fully trained, and I had to leave both dogs there for 9 days. Naturally, I was a little stressed leaving them for that long, but the team took such great care of them.
I’m always so satisfied with their care, and I really appreciate how affordable they are compared to other boarding options. One of my favorite things is that the dogs aren’t locked in cages or little rooms all day.
At this point, I honestly call it their vacation while I’m on vacation! I feel comfortable leaving my dogs there knowing they’re having just as much fun as I am. Highly recommend Stay N Play!

There is a wide variety of drinks to pick and choose from and are dairy free and gluten free, however they were out of a lot of items like mango, strawberry, bananas, and boba straws. This is a shame because it’s some of their best items. But what is amazing is that they create their own taro paste and use natural ingredients for their other drinks.

The lamb was tender and well-seasoned, the fries were crispy, and the portions were generous. Alex provided great customer service and made the whole experience even better.
