“Dean worked with me to design my wife’s custom engagement ring and wedding band. He educated me on diamonds, their pricing, their necessary qualities to emphasize to ensure it looks perfect on my wife’s finger, and many other details about gems and metals to help me make informed decisions along the way. He was extremely patient with my MANY requests and made an absolutely beautiful ring. Dean also worked with us to help design and source my wedding band, and he made diamond earrings that came out exquisite. Even though we are not located in the same city as Dean, it has been extremely easy to work with Dean virtually, and he is very timely with delivery and communications. We will most definitely be coming back.”
“Louise, Matt and their team are amazing! They found over $700 in forgetting gift cards and some cash. They handed it to me in a ziplock bag! Who does that? Our estate was OVERWHELMING! 1 house, 2 cabins and enormous barn. Just the clean out was amazing! They actually bring tool kits and fix things so you get top dollar. They’re staging with incredible. The most valuable thing is that they are extremely down to earth kind people. No one on the team ever made me feel like how could years of this get out of hand. I honestly can’t imagine better estate people to work with.Thank you Golden Bow for getting me top dollar and working so hard on this estate!”

Because they were so knowledgeable and awesome (thanks Dean) I ordered my TCM mask from them too. I ordered on Sunday and it was here that Friday. Both masks are from Trick or Treat Studios and are impeccable! I will absolutely order from them again!”
“I want to recognize Iliana at the New Braunfels JA location at Creekside for going above and beyond. I went to the store on Thursday, May 21, to buy my son and his fiance a wedding gift each of them. The item I wanted for my son was out of stock at the location so Iliana was great by calling to the Outlet store to verify if they had the item, which they did, and she had them hold it for me. The item I got for my son's fiance was needing to have a charm placed on it. But they were running about a day behind on getting items worked on. When I told her that it was a wedding gift and I needed to make sure it was done by Saturday morning, May 23rd, at the latest she immediately said no worries and went to the back to put the charm on herself. She didn't even pause or have to think about it, she just did it! Wonderful customer service! She deserves to be recognized for going above and beyond!”
