“Today could have been a disaster if it wasn’t for Sean and the help of the other employee. I walked in 5 minutes before closing the day before thanksgiving looking for my rental suit and they were able to help me with that instantly by setting it out on the counter when I arrived (I called prior, as you should if their about to close). There was another problem though. My dad forgot to tell me that I needed a tie for the wedding and I didn’t rent that before. So in a rush, they helped me and found the correct tie to save me from embarrassment at the wedding. Thank you Sean??.”
