“Shout out to Melissa. I worked here through college and was dealing with a lot at home. I was trying to help a customer and had to call the Tanger side regarding inventory. The lady on the other end was so rude and I tried not to get upset about it but sometimes we all just have a bad day. Stockroom manager Melissa found out, called them back chewed them out and stood up for me. I never forgot about that, though it's been some years. Appreciate you Melissa. You too Bonnie. You were both good and kind to me when I was struggling.

“Been brand-loyal for decades and stopped to see if I could the little rubber nose cushion thingy replaced on my Rx sunglasses.
The young man that I spoke with was the very definition of professional. He told me that while he didn’t have a replacement he could sell me, he said he would “do a little service check, clean them up and replace the nose piece” free of charge.
