RBFCU - Creekside is a fantastic credit union offering great and exceptional customer service. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, very helpful, courteous, and always ready to assist. Members are treated well. It offers all expected banking services with a wide range of competitive products. The commitment is to personalized service and improving members' economic well-being. Banking options are convenient, including a live drive-up, online banking, and a mobile app that is easy to use. The ATM service is noted, but it would be awesome to have one for smaller bills to avoid walking inside or driving to another location. Overall, it is a highly recommended and smarter banking choice.
There is no longer drive thru teller only drive thru atm. The door still says drive thru teller open but its been gone for 3 months they said.

Service is great but it will be awesome to have the new ATM like other locations where you can withdraw smaller bills. Instead of walking inside or waiting for the bank to open. Or if the bank is already close I need to drive to another location to get smaller bills

I've only been with RBFCU since June of 2022. Since then, I have been treated well by RBFCU. Thier very helpful and courteous folks.
