Justin's customer service was outstanding! He willingly answered my questions in a pleasant and professional manner. By the end of the call I would have felt comfortable working with Justin. It's not often that a team has more than one remarkable member. James and Justin are the exception!. Two days later, James facilated a virtual purchasing experience that included consultation prior to a phone assisted introduction to different mattress options at the Richmond Tx location. James explained how to introduce myself in a way that respected and was received well by Brad, that store's design specialist. I never felt rushed or that the process was taking too long, even though I communicated with family and checked other offers before making a decision. My purchases were delivered and set up the next morning! Thank you, James for exceptional service!
