“I've been there before and few months ago they repaired my phone from me dropping it,and they put new hardware and new screen and I'm going to have to go back to buy me a phone,this free government phone is too slow, not much gb plus I need a new phone with unlimited monthly plan but no contract.prepaid for me bout 50 and up but 5 g or whatever they have that is fast.i have wi fi.”

“Zorrell was amazing getting all 3 of my lines transfered from T-Mobile . Zorrell went above and beyond makening sure all my devices were working perfect even when T-Mobile said they released the lines and clearly in my app they weren't. So between Zorrell and his tec support they made this family happy and felt very welcoming into the Verizon family . Left T-Mobile after being with them over 20 + years !!!!
