“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience at the T-Mobile store in Spring, Texas! Rio provided exceptional customer service from the moment I walked in. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly explain all my options without rushing me. He made the entire process smooth and stress-free, which I really appreciated. It’s not often you come across someone who is this attentive and genuinely cares about helping customers. If you’re looking for excellent service, I highly recommend visiting this location and asking for Rio. He truly goes above and beyond! I received a new line, up graded phone and accessories all affordable.”

5941 Farm to Market 2920 Ste D, Spring TX 77388
“Came in today to get my kids phones. I was very hesitant and not sure what to get, whether a smart watch, flip phone, etc. My kids safety is my number one priority. Samuel at Verizon was the most helpful associate that I have encountered here. He took his time and explained everything to me. He was very transparent and answered my questions directly. Not a typical salesman trying to sell you something that you don't need. If you need anything come see him!”

“I just want to say that Ali was so kind to me. I came in trying to get my shattered phone some service after getting deported back to the US Tuesday from Mexico. I had been living there for over a year so I was not ready to be living in the states again. Needless to say I was deported to Houston and don't know anybody here. He offered me a new phone with 1st month service and insurance for something I could afford. Best 1st impression ever! He went above and beyond what his job required and I am deeply grateful for his help in this moment of need of mine. I will never forget his kindness.”
