He made the entire process smooth and stress-free, which I really appreciated. It’s not often you come across someone who is this attentive and genuinely cares about helping customers.

“I just want to say that Ali was so kind to me. I came in trying to get my shattered phone some service after getting deported back to the US Tuesday from Mexico.
