“I was at another location where a Verizon employee was assisting me he was so rude to me he treated me as if I wasn’t wanted there he was rude , nonchalant, and passive aggressive . I never had horrible customer service like this.I decided to go to the Kingwood location since it was near by and the moment I walked in Mr.Dereck & Mr.Charles was extremely helpful , kind , and so nice .They treated me with top notch customer service and they went above and beyond to assist me . I love this location those two are the best ! I will definitely be back”
