“These guys are top notch when it comes to availability, service, knowledge and communication. I was quoted over $8k from the dealership (stealership) for one front control arm, tires, alignment, a >$40 sensor and windshield. ATX Bimmer changed out BOTH control arms, sensor, oil change, and front splitter install for about 1/4th of the price. Even better, they did it all in less than two days and gave me a discount for paying in cash. Patrick is super knowledgeable and honest with his work. I will continue to bring all my BMWs and future vehicles to them.”

Called John and he was so accommodating around my schedule and getting me in. When I took my car in, the entire experience was amazing! He fixed my seatbelt in what felt like the snap of his fingers, and when he came back to give me an update in his office he was so open and upfront about other things he would be able to fix for me. “I just can't say enough good things about Gilbert - his skill, his knowledge and his integrity are all absolutely first rate.
I'm a hands-on kind of person, but because I'm a woman, I often have to deal with mechanics trying to talk down to me, dismiss my information, or sell me services I don't need (ladies, you know what I'm talking about!)
Gilbert is the opposite of that. First, he really, really understands cars, and Subarus in particular (better than any mechanic I have ever had). He is honest, explains things really well. He often let me join him in the garage to show me what he was doing and explain why. When I had super weird things going on, he would brianstorm with me to figure it out. He always went the extra mile to find a solution, and when my car got to the end of its life, he was honest about that too.
If you have a Subaru, see Gilbert. He is simply the best.”

“Late post from Tuesday but I was really impressed how fast they got me in and out. I went for a change of spark plugs I have an 06' impala and it's a pain but they knocked it out. I know a little bit about mechanical work but with these plugs I couldn't get to. We recently moved from austin and have been in dale for about a yr, and we also have our mechanic but hes been leaving me dry so saw straight automotive on my maps and read reviews so i called for a quote and was surprised. So I booked the appt. Their customer service is A1 very well mannered, and pricing is reasonable. I definitely recommend their service. ?”

“A nice body repair shop! Don’t let the modest exterior fool you. They understood exactly what was wrong with the car and ordered parts that fit perfectly to the exterior. They even took the trouble to clean some yellow paint streaks off one side of the car when it had scraped up against a metal post of some kind. They didn’t have to do that but they did. Very kindly employees. I would go to them again in a heartbeat should my car ever need bodywork of some kind.”
