“Good place, I do wish they would have a more versatile selection of ammunition.
It's always the same stuff. I can easily get other brands and types from other websites and stores.
They have the customers willing to buy, they just need to do a better job stocking.
Also limiting magazines to 20 rounds is just dumb. Especially when said magazines are typically pretty easy to modify to 30.
Poor business decision.”

“Life changing! Literally. I was in pain for a long time with feet issues. I am flat footed, and have been seeing podiatrists for years for custom supports. After wasting several thousands, being off my feet for months at a time, and having to exchange 800 dollar (podiatrist provided) supports every year, I finally found the good feet store. Well worth investing into, and the people really enjoy helping!”

I had some old boots that needed to be replaced and they made sure I got what I needed by helping me try on and order new boots that would last me for a long time. I appreciate all of their work and am definitely a loyal customer at their location!”
“Fantastic customer service. They went the extra mile for an small embroidery job for me this week. I came in for 2 scrub tops and and an extra "Beat Navy" embroidery that I was going to cut out of a 3rd extra top I was not using for a project. Not only did they quickly embroider the tops, they did a test run in front of me to make sure the size and font was perfect. Then they did the extra embroidery no charge and EVEN PROVIDED EXTRA FABRIC so I didn't have to cut it out of my extra unused top.
Very impressed. I have used their company several times and will continue to use it for reasons like this. Great job!”

“Came in to get ideas on snow skis after shopping around online. Josh was very helpful and took the time to understand our ski level and style to make sure we were looking at the right products. It just so happend to be the same thing I was looking at online.Josh was very patient to explain boot fitting and how it should feel. I felt this was the right place for me with his level of knowledge and not just some kid working a seasonal job with minimal knowledge. We ended up pricing matching some deals we saw online and he had me at lifetime wax to "seal" the deal! lol Great job yall.”

I received great service over the phone when I called this store inquiring about a certain size and style of shoe. When I visited the store 2 days later Sierra who helped me over the phone remembered speaking to me and assisted immediately . “If you have a pair of Birks whose demise seems imminent, fear not! This is the place to go to have them restored--it is far cheaper than buying a new pair, though they have those, too. Plus, the leather--err, Naugahyde? Oh, I meant Birko-flor, sorry, shoulda added a trigger warning up top... well, at least the material of your shoe will be already broken in. The cobbler is a miracle worker. Though I doubt that is what it says on their business card, but who knows. The Birkenstock USA website may have items that they keep "exclusive," but it's a shame, since I believe they would fly off the shelves here (after all, it does cater to a market of people who like comfortable--if at times quirky shoes--). My third pair of Arizonas--which I bought at this store--well, it's been a minute-- is about to go in for a second retread. I am not making this up, and I'm offering an unpaid opinion (not even affiliate-linked!! ): The staff is WONDERFUL, and they back it with top-notch service.”

“It has the largest selection of ski pants and jacket in the area.Grapevine is my favorite location of that store. Other places don’t carry such variety of snow accessories. I used a clearance event and was able to buy a high quality jacket and ski pants. The selection of the snowshoes, gloves, socks it’s worth your trip.”

“I love online ordering for pickup! They do have curbside available, but I really don't mind the extra steps of walking inside and waiting at the counter for my order. My main concern was not wanting to drive to Alliance only for it to not be in stock, pickup secured my doubts! I saw they have shipping as well which would've been my next choice, thankfully I didn't have to wait for it. I ordered a baby swaddle blanket to help my baby sleep better at night. She's rolling over and getting uncomfortable which wakes herself up again. This swaddle seems to help alleviate that for her! I ordered the fleece material which seems like it would be too hot, but I put her nighties on underneath and she doesn't overheat at all. Anyway, the process of picking up my online order was easy! They don't open until 10am which is a bit late, but I just run all my other errands first then come by here last thing. No complaints.”

I've been looking for a very specific pair of Ugg Slippers since Black Friday and I was about to purchase a returned pair that were basically new. She decided to check a box of new product that had not been opened and lo and behold the shoes I had been hunting were in there! ? It was so nice for her to be so happy for me because my search was finally over! We high fived and I've smiled all day thinking about that moment! I'll be back for my next shoe purchase too!
