Ultimutt Dog Grooming
1209 East University Drive, DentonUltimutt is AMAZING!!! I’ve been taking my mutt Stevie and my Australian shepherd here for a few years. They really care about your dog’s health as well. After a wet summer last year the fleas were particularly bad and the groomer helped me get rid the fleas and even went as far to get Luke (Aussie) some anti-flea medication that she knew worked better than what I was doing. I can’t recommend the ladies here more. Also, they are very fair priced!

Denton County Animal ER
4145 South Interstate 35 East # 101, 4145 South Interstate 35, DentonLOVE this place. LOVE it. We had to say good bye to our sweet Dixi, and I am so grateful that Denton County Animal ER was the place. They were so caring and kind, to us and compassionate and loving to Dixi. It was such a sad day, but it was so much easier with Dr, and staff that clearly love animals, and want to make them as comfortable as possible. It was exactly what we needed, and I didn't even know what that was, until I saw how they took care of us and most of all Dixi.
Thank you, Thank you!!!!!!!!!

Sanger Animal Hospital
302 Acker Street, DentonDr Wallace and her staff are incredibly kind and try their hardest to work with your financial situation, especially when you are trying to help stray animals. I have a stray kitten that was dumped on my property with a bad respiratory infection. Ever since October 2022, they have been working with me trying to get him better so he can be adopted out, but it looks like he will forever be a special needs kitty. The staff there has been so kind with financially working with me and getting me free samples to try and get this stray kitty better. Recently I needed to get 3 of my dogs their annual vaccinations, and the staff let me know about the low cost vaccine clinic they were doing the next week. It saved me a bunch of money, and they could have made a lot more money off me if they didn't! Dr Wallace will also take all the time needed to fully answer all your questions, which is pretty rare. In my experience at other practices, usually the vet is is and out of the exam room as fast as possible! It is obvious she and her staff genuinely care about your pets health. They are also aways able to fit my pets in their schedule, usually the next day. The two times I've needed to see them urgently, I was seen that same day. The only downside is that since they are quite popular and they take their time with each patient, their schedule can get pretty backed up. Be prepared to wait in your car for maybe 30 minutes before you get seen. This is a small price to pay for their great level of care imo and I will always take my pets to this clinic!

Dove Creek Animal Hospital: Hill Lori DVM, Pagano, Gabrielle, DVM
1200 Bent Oaks Court, DentonWe will be forever grateful for the support and care Dr.Pagano and her assistants, Amanda, Lauren and Sarah showed during our difficult time. Thank you so much for your time, love, expertise, and care on behalf of our sweet Brie . I don't know how we would have managed this without your expert care, kindness, and understanding as we struggled through the hardships of canine lymphoma. No matter how difficult it got, we knew we could turn to you for help, answers, and advice. Our sweet little Brie was always so happy to see you and the girls in the office, even when she wasn't feeling well. It spoke volumes to us that she wagged her tail through every visit, even during her final days.

Guardian Pet Hospital and Lodge
5248 Edwards Road, DentonWe are so thankful for Dr. Paben and the entire staff! Our dog recently had surgery to have two masses removed, and we were understandably very nervous. Dr. Paben was so caring, thorough, and reassuring throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain everything and made us feel confident that our fur baby was in the best hands.
The entire staff was incredibly kind, compassionate, and attentive. They treated our dog like their own and were so wonderful with us as well. Thankfully, he is doing great and back to acting like himself!
We truly appreciate everything Dr. Paben and the whole team did for him. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and highly recommend this hospital to anyone looking for a vet who genuinely cares. ❤🐾

My pup loves going and it’s very reasonable and affordable. I can’t rave enough about it. It’s the perfect place and I love that they never cage and take the pups hiking on their land. Record Coffee Supply
108 W McKinney St Ste 100, DentonAs someone who genuinely loves coffee and is always on the hunt for a great coffee shop, Record Coffee Supply was truly exceptional!!
The barista was so kind, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable, which made the experience even better. I also LOVE that their lattes come in 8 oz or 12 oz sizes — so you get an actual coffee-forward latte, not a giant cup of milk.
And the syrups are made in-house!! I ordered the Moreno Latte, half sweet, in an 8 oz, and it was 10/10. The perfect balance of espresso and flavor.
Already looking forward to going back and trying more of their menu! Definitely a must-visit if you’re in Denton!!

2321 N Masch Branch Rd #308, DentonLet me tell you what when I saw it was five dollars per pop. I was kind of hesitant, but as they say when in Rome and I’m telling you what I was highly surprised completely amazed so much that I looked into getting a franchise of these back home, I spoke with the owner of this franchise here, Kirk Super awesome guy told me all about the business but what really sells it is all the different flavors and the quality of a gourmet popsicle. This isn’t cheap little popsicle truck with cheap popsicles. This is high-quality good stuff.

Other
WildRescue, Inc
1019 Aileen St, DentonDiana is so knowledgeable and helpful. Countless friends in Denton have benefited from her tireless care for wild critters in need. I found a very young mourning dove this spring and was able to get the little one to Diana quickly for care. I also have been caring for an injured young squirrel, and after seeing her condition decline (and scaring off a stalking cat!) decided to trap her and get her to Diana. I was able to touch base with Diana earlier in my care of the squirrel and had a plan in place, and it was really easy to coordinate care. If you've got wildlife in need, definitely work with WildRescue. And if you're able, they always appreciate donations. :)
