“Once your items are locked away and you get your key, there are still business handlings to take care of such us personalized payments - in my case, management has to make a contact with me before drafting payment due to my complex finances. “We have rented from the owner’s for 4 yrs… this is a wonderful place to store your RV or Boat, our storage unit for our 42’ RV was fully enclosed with electrical plug in’s and secured camera’s everywhere. The owner’s are very, very nice and always there when you need them!
This is a very Classy storage facility!! I highly recommend them!!”

“Difficult driving over the cement in front of the units. A truck height would be better. A map of where the unit numbers are located would have been great; perhaps a location board at the entry where you code into the monitor, to open the gate. The height was lower than my last storage unit. A temporary light would have been nice- we came after dark. We used a 20’ truck- it fit backed into the unit for ease of unloading.
Location near highway was a plus. Lower entry price was a blessing. Next door to rental truck location was a gonga.

Once I reserved a unit I was sent an email to finish rental on line and a realize person followed up to answer any questions and personally complete the rental over the phone if I wanted. Move-in day I was sent the access code. Very simple and no surprises.”

I absolutely loved having the ability to make a reservation online, then being assigned a gate code, and a unit location without any human intervention. Did I mention how affordable the unit is?
The facility has very wide aisles, and gave plenty of room to back the trailer into our unit. We also loved how well lit, and secure the location felt, plus we noticed security cameras which made us feel even better about our choice.
The only down side, is there is no markers that I could find to identify section or unit numbers, but there is a map online that helps a lot. Realistically this down side is only for the first time you are locating your unit, after that it should be pretty easy to find.”
