“We went into the store thinking we knew what bed we wanted to purchase. After discussing that bed with Nate he asked if we would like to look at other beds. We agreed and Nate proceeded to educate us for an hour on the many intricacies of foam beds. There was no high pressure sales pitch and we left the store saying we would “sleep on it” for a while. After doing my own research we came back to the store the next day and picked up our discussion with Chris for another hour since Nate was off. Both of these salesmen knew their products inside and out, were very professional and applied no pressure to purchase. We ended up purchasing much more than we originally intended but it was only after a thorough understanding of the products and what they would do for us. It was a great sales experience that resulted in us getting just the right bed!”
