“I’ve never purchased office furniture before and when I was given the assignment, it seemed like such a daunting task. But, with the Mary’s help, getting it ordered was a breeze. And when it came time to install it, the installation guys worked with us as to not disrupt the office activities which allowed us to keep working. And Kelli staying on top of everything through the whole process was just the icing on the cake!!

“Great sales and service from The Fireplace & Patio shop in Conroe! We recently purchased new gas logs for our living room and were so happy with our install…along with excellent support when we had some questions. 🤔
We also decided to have our bedroom fire place “insert” serviced a few weeks later. Nick did a phenomenal job and we were very impressed with this young man! He was Professional and very thorough. He diagnosed our issue and reinstalled everything back in place expertly. He also did a great job of meticulously cleaning everything during and afterwards. 🥰

“Wiggins furniture is a beautiful store! Matt, our salesman, is VERY knowledgeable and truly concerned about your needs and concerns. He helped my mother find the perfect power lift recliner (they have a very nice selection) and then another recliner to go with it for guests. Matt made the whole process easy even with the delivery, which was seamless.
Their store is filled with beautiful furniture for every room. I even found the perfect decorative piece for my living room.
I also got to meet the owner, Mr Wiggins, who is very pleasant and obviously very involved in the day to day.

“This place is great! They were able to copy a key that Lowes, Home Depot, and Walmart could not. And they also had some specialty fuses for our car that O'Reilly and Advanced did not have. Total for both, less than $10! The people were super friendly and helpful. As a woman, these places can often be a bit condescending, but these men were all just so polite! Thanks so much!”

“Our Standard Father in Law arrived via shipper to Iowa from Texas last night. I had interpreted from the web site the only options included were the Texas cutouts or deer family and anything else made it a custom that is not the case. Email and ask questions if you have them. If you order later in the fall ask about ship times, no matter what the web site says, they change from 2 to 4 weeks around Oct 1. I had no issue they turned mine around quickly Pit is exactly as described very impressive 3 day turnaround from the shipper. Very well packaged for shipping. Our grill rack handle was bent slightly but not a big deal. Web site instructs you to refuse delivery if there is shipping damage but in my case the shipper did not require a signature, had I not reached out they may have left it alongside my driveway, call them as soon as you get shipping info. It is a typical LTL shipper they may come with a straight truck or full tractor trailer semi. This is no fault of Wilkes just the nature of LTL shipping. If your address is hard to get to, be prepared to meet them with a truck as I did or experience delays. VERY happy with our purchase 4 stars only due to the web site lacking some detail and minor communication issues but Wilkes is great. I’ll be updating this review year by year with how it holds up, but I am very optimistic.”

Mike at the front desk is very nice and very helpful. I highly recommend this place if you want high quality at a fair price. Very nice selection of treasures. Can't wait to pick through it again. I had a good customer service at check out, Jairo was very polite and nice, it's so rare now to have a good customer experience with cashiers at any stores. Slow, lazy workers with a lack of facial expression are representing many retail stores nowadays.”

“I truly hope the manager sees this comment, because what one of the employees did for me tonight meant the world to me! I should have asked his name, but I was so excited I didn't even think to ask! I went in there tonight because I needed to get a first day of school sign last minute and I had to ask someone where it was, or if it was in stock because I couldn't find it. I asked a gentleman that was working tonight: he is tall and wears glasses, he was wearing a durag tonight. I am SO thankful for him for taking the time to help me out!! He looked busy with everything else he was putting away, but he stopped to help me and it saved me because I forgot the sign and had to buy one so last minute!! So I came here just to say thank you again to him, and I really hope the manager of the Conroe Target sees this so he gets brownie points. Great guy, great worker!”
