We usually hear about the bad encounters but wanted to share it's people like Sonya there who go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied with your purchasing experience. I called to order a heavy blanket that could be express shipped since cold temps are about to hit as my son is arriving in town. Was trying to avoid the Christmas rush and parking craziness but Sonya suggested I order ahead, pull up to the back door this morning, and they would run it out to me.
