“Amy was very instrumental and helping me decide what pieces I liked and what pieces went together. We didn’t get matching Machi, but she also went and got the interior decorator to come help me and they picked out rugs and pillows beautiful stuff to accessorize it and really make it stand out. She did a fantastic job of helping me and worked with us. I was here like three or four hours and she was very very patient and a very very gracious great sales person Pat Everett 10 to 26.”
“Kelly and Claire went above and beyond to help us cancel and manually process a transaction so we could get the credit card points we were hoping to earn.
To be clear, this was our problem, not theirs, and they had absolutely no obligation to go to the lengths they did to accommodate us. But they chose to put the customer first, even when it meant creating extra work and inconvenience for themselves.
That level of care and willingness to help is rare. It says a lot about the people who run this store and the kind of customer experience they strive to provide.
