“This store carries a very good and varied inventory of everything western, but specifically cowboy hats which is what I was looking for. I was also looking for an experienced hat shaper who would know exactly what style would be best for me. Raymundo (Mundo) is the store manager and has 13 or so years shaping hats. I bought what I wanted and Mundo did an excellent job of shaping the crown and brim exactly the way I wanted it…EXACTLY! He and other younger employees are very friendly, professional, and ready to help with clothing needs. I have found my western clothing shore without a doubt!”

She was so helpful when I went in a few days ago, she was helping me & other customers I felt bad asking for help but she was so kind even reminded me of a discount I was going to use from my pickup order if not I would’ve had to come back or just lose out on it! Very in top of everything going on! Wasn’t annoyed or anything even with so much going on at once! Definitely better customer service at this place than the cavenders off 191, nothing compared I’ll shop her from now on just based off my interactions with the employees here at this specific boot barn!”
“Dezaray had a good conversation with me told me what size would be best for my son and helped me and my husband find boots I have a daughter named Desiree so we talked about name spelling the only reason this store is 4 stars is because there was a group of 4 boys standing doing nothing and when my husband asked for help no one answered because they were busy talking so we walked back over to dezaray and she was awesome she knows everything about the store and the cashier was great she was no nice and explained the reward system beautifully I think her name was Jessica or something like that. I will 100% be back ☺”
