“Very good experience from this location. I work in the oil field and I need good quality boots. I picked up a size 13w and they fit for the most part. After about a week and a half of struggling to take them off and on I'd had enough. I brought in the boots and with no question they let me trade them up for a size 14. Highly recommend ?”
“Called around many places looking for a yeti 45 cooler. This was the place that had the most options for colors. The only color I wanted they didn’t have. But none the less Aaliayh went above and beyond with sending pictures so I could see the exact colors as well as going out of her way to hunt the color I wanted down from other stores. Sad enough she couldn’t find it but she tried when she didn’t have too. We also have bought boots a clothing from this store a year or so ago and it was great. I recommend hunting this girl down if you need help bc if it’s there she will find it. Thank you Aaliayh!!!!!!”

Always had somebody checking on me making sure I was finding everything okay when I found the shoes we were looking for for my son. They were very prompt in getting me the size we needed and paying and checking out was fast and easy”
“Omg some people on these reviews are so sensitive like Glenn Mata 🙄 All of the associates were so nice and very respectful and explaining things to us very throughly. It might’ve sounded like the associate was talking to you like kids but probably it was just so you can understand better cause you clearly weren’t understanding. Some customers clearly try to make these peoples life harder but at the end of the day in my eyes, the customer IS NOT always right. Associates are people too and all have bad days, get over yourself. Great store and great service :)”

“Dezaray had a good conversation with me told me what size would be best for my son and helped me and my husband find boots I have a daughter named Desiree so we talked about name spelling the only reason this store is 4 stars is because there was a group of 4 boys standing doing nothing and when my husband asked for help no one answered because they were busy talking so we walked back over to dezaray and she was awesome she knows everything about the store and the cashier was great she was no nice and explained the reward system beautifully I think her name was Jessica or something like that. I will 100% be back ☺”

“Angie the manager was amazing! She was so helpful when I went in a few days ago, she was helping me & other customers I felt bad asking for help but she was so kind even reminded me of a discount I was going to use from my pickup order if not I would’ve had to come back or just lose out on it! Very in top of everything going on! Wasn’t annoyed or anything even with so much going on at once! Definitely better customer service at this place than the cavenders off 191, nothing compared I’ll shop her from now on just based off my interactions with the employees here at this specific boot barn!”
“Store is clean...not much staff...cashiers seem a little rude like they don't want to be there...but if you can't find some of the sports stuff at other places they will usually have it...very limited on left handed products if you find any at all.”

“I have really high arches and plantar fasciitis so picking out a shoe that suits me well can be challenging. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. Omar was amazing at getting different shoes for me to try on; he sized me & broadened my options by giving me the men’s shoes size conversion to try on too. “My friend and I went shopping for dress shoes. She needed some black pumps for Halloween and Melrose was the only store that carried her size. We checked 5 stores before walking into this one. I was quite surprised and thrilled to see that they carry a 5 1/2 and smaller. They also have great prices. If I had the money, I would have spent quite a bit there. Clothes, shoes, makeup, accessories, lots of trendy items that I would have loved to pick up for my collection. Can't wait to go back when I have some extra cash.”

“Absolutely loved this place! Picked up a couple of women’s boots super cheap, and they even stretched them for me for a better fit! We were served by the amazing Francesco (sorry if the spelling is incorrect) - and he helped us every step of the way, even assisting to get the perfect fit for a hat. Super patient and not pushy at all, just super friendly and helpful! The service and the reasonable prices make this the perfect stop for a shop! We will be back to visit!!”
