“Best customer service ever!! Bought their product through a different vendor and it did not arrive with a plug that is specific to this timer. Contacted sales/customer service who could of easily sent me to the original vendor I purchased it through but instead said " Let me send you a plug'" I received a plug with in a couple days at no charge to me. Cost the company $4.20 postage to send the plug .When I buy anything related to what they sale in the future it will be through this company!!”

“It is getting to be a normal thing to not be able to find someone for assistance. But I did finally find what I needed. I did overhere a manager talking to employees, and it wasn't pretty. I wouldn't work for someone like that. So it's possibly a management problem and not bad help.”
