There was a problem and Mary calmly explained my next steps necessary to resolve the issue. She even provided a space for me to disassemble the product to make it fit in the UPS shipping box. She was knowledgeable, polite and respectful throughout the transaction. Thank you, Mary, and keep up the great attitude!”
“This place was great. I dropped in on a Friday afternoon to drop an Amazon return and they took great care of me. There was some confusion on my part as to how it worked, and the ladies inside didn't miss a beat in helping me solve my issue quickly and getting me out the door. They were very busy and clearly working fast, but they took the time to help me with something that was my fault and did so with grace.
