“This is my on the way in and on the way out stopping place pretty much since it’s been here. I travel back and forth from Houston to Frankston/Tyler very often. It’s always clean and everyone is always friendly and acknowledge you when you walk in. Nothing against Exxon, I prefer Shell, BUT I stop and fill up here and grab drinks and snacks to go when heading out. It’s convenient location, not too far off my path.”
“People are very nice. Still Have good small selection of groceries. Lotto, Gas station, ice, and convenience store mix. Very helpful and friendly employees. Reasonable prices.”

“destiny, who works at the cash register, is incredibly sweet. I always get great service here. you should be a regular customer or if you’re passing through town make sure you stop here.”
“The young strawberry-blonde haired woman who had been working the register during all 3 of my visits is one of the sweetest, most personable employees imaginable. I never thought I would see the day where I actually looked forward to buying some ice. I hope she gets a very well-deserved raise soon. Thank you for helping to make my visit to Palestine all the more enjoyable!”
“The staff was very kind and helpful. We went to Order a few Italian items off the menu. Seems they didn't have training on how to make the noodles. They really wanted to, but didn't have the training. Again, super nice. The sandwich was pretty good. Baked potatoes were killer. Overall, I'd stop in again.”
“Went thru Palestine last summer and stopped for gas. What a great station and if I'm correct it's a chain of them. Wanted to give a shout out to them I thought the store was great and the food to go is super as well. Thanks for a great stop, Austin”
“Never had one issue here. They got a dollar Taco Tuesday that can't be beat. Staff has always been nice really friendly. The place is always extremely clean.”
“I come through Palestine alot. I stop at Kim's on Hwy 79 when coming through. I went in to order from the deli and I got the most exceptional customer service by a lady named Alicia Watts I could tell she was new because I've never seen her there before . I can tell you she went above and beyond to give great service and that is much appreciated for me . I do alot of traveling and have to interact with customers myself, it's always nice to see a smiling face and someone who is genuine and knows how to treat people right . Alicia Watts I want to thank you for outstanding service. See you soon again.”
“Normally, I'm not one to post or provide feedback in a public forum. However, my decision to stop at Kim's was positive. The restrooms were clean. Kim's REALLY markets their deli specials (I'm talking eye level flyers on the door of the restroom stalls). There were signs about the April Deal of the Month (their chicken club and bacon sandwich ?) in so many places, I had to try it. People kept coming in and buying multiple items off a heated display in the deli. When one man ordered five (5) items, then two women picked their items, fear of missing out had me lining up to review the selection. In addition to the chicken club (to which they will add lettuce and tomato if asked--per the flyer) I ordered the beef and bean burrito ?. Believe me when I tell you it was worth writing home about...and apparently posting feedback as well! You know how polarizing good BBQ and burritos can be for Texans. Clearly, it was packaged well to maintain temperature and for traveling by someone cognizant of those two factors. The REFILL coffee prices were exceptional and tempting, though I decided not to indulge. Seriously, their salad ? varieties (chef, chicken, and grilled chicken) were appealing and fresh. I was passing through town to handle the day's business, the scenic route was pleasant and the burrito was delicious! The clerks were polite and friendly when checking out. I would stop at this location again.”

“My vehicle broke down in the parking lot and I had to leave it overnight . when I returned the manager was so helpful and helped me fix it so I didn't have to have it towed to repair shop. He got underneath my car and fixed it. I know if he will go out of his way to do this then I'm sure he is an excellent manager of the store.”
“My local CVS has excellent customer service at all times! Even though self checkout is predominant every where you go, CVS representatives are available to assist.”
“Used to use them, but I quit because they stopped being 24-hours, and they always screwed up my medication. But they seem to have gotten a lot better recently. Sometimes, they are the only ones who have the medicine in-stock that I need. Mirza Escobar and Awung are two employees who have been particularly helpful. They go the extra mile to make sure they find the medicine I need and stayed late after they were already closed to make sure that I got the medicine my daughter needed when she had run out. The only reason I give them 4 stars instead of 5 is because they're not 24 hours.”
“Brookshire’s is a great grocery store with friendly staff and a welcoming atmosphere! The store is always clean, well-organized, and stocked with fresh produce, quality meats, and everything I need for weekly shopping. The employees are helpful and polite, and checkout is always quick and easy. I really appreciate the hometown feel and great customer service every time I visit. Definitely one of the best grocery stores around! ???”
