After having a heartbreaking experience with a local exotic pet store that left us completely traumatized, we were understandably nervous about adopting again. I probably drove Chuck crazy with all of my questions before finally placing a deposit to reserve a baby chinchilla. Just a few days later, we were so impressed that we decided to adopt a baby ebony chinchilla as well!
From start to finish, the entire process was seamless. Chuck was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and always quick to respond to every question or request. He even offered delivery, which made the experience so much easier and more convenient.
When he arrived, he brought food, hay, dust, and treats to help our new babies settle in. He even took the time to place both of our chinchillas into their new habitats and made sure everything was set up properly before he left.
It’s obvious that Chuck genuinely cares about the animals he raises and the families they go to. We couldn’t be happier with our two healthy, happy chinchillas, and I would absolutely adopt from him again without hesitation. Highly recommend!

They have the sweetest staff and you know they genuinely care and Dr. Hart is more quiet but yet informative and direct (seasoned veteran at his trade). Yes they can get a little pricey but would you take a family member to get treated somewhere else because it's cheaper or do you treat your animals like they deserve the best and willing to go above and beyond. I highly recommend this place. Also I love the lobby ambiance, it's clean and not over stimulating.

She was playing under the computer chair and her nail got stuck in the wheel of the chair and got torn almost completely off!
We called them and told them what happened and they were able to see her a little later that day. They took great care of her and fixed her right up. Their prices are decent and the staff was all very friendly.

Impressed with the care they give my two mini schnauzers. They make sure I receive a daily report on how my pups are doing along with a picture. If I have any questions, they are eager to answer them promptly. I travel around the world several times a year and there are times I have issues with flight or traffic in getting home at the time I had planned. These ladies are kind and helpful and putting my mind at ease that they will make sure that the pups will be taken care of. Best place to send you fur babies for a vacation while you’re on yours. Oh and they get a bath before you pick them up. Win!!
