“I had to replace the entire key fob for my 2011 GMC Terrain SLT. The old one wouldn't unlock the doors and the auto start didn't work. The 1st location we went to said they had to place an order for someone to come program the fob. I went back and their machine for cutting keys was down. I went to another location and not only did he duplicate my car key, but programmed the fob right then and there. And the price? $129.00. The dealership would have been three times that amount. Highly recommend Batteries+”

“Great location! Matthew was especially helpful- saved us on a Sunday evening when he could have finished his shift and gone home. He was such a blessing to us! All employees were kind and helped however they could. Recommend this location 100%!”
“My check engine light came on and I thought it was only the gas cap, the young lady offered to do the check engine light testing which is free. The results showed that I need VVT Solenoid. Another employee over heard me saying “I don’t know how I’m going to to do this.” And Mike came and put the VVT on for me. It meant so much that he did that for me.”
“Want to start this off by saying I was there at the store the day Andre Gonzalez (the guy who left the second most recent review after this) was there.Andre was completely entitled and childish. He gave the employee a coupon that was expired then proceeded to make a scene after the employee said he could not use it. The employee then explained to him how oriellys would send him new ones to replace his old ones. However that was not good enough for Andre he demanded a discount right there in store. After the employee told him that’s not the policy Andre proceeded to yell and insult the employees as he was walking out. The employee kept it professional and courteous never raising his voice and kept telling Andre to “have a nice day”I’ve been coming to this store for years and never had any problems the guys are always great and friendly. I just thought it was wrong how an entitled customer tried to leave such a negative review because he did not get his way.”
“I went in for some oil not knowing exactly what to buy. Miguel was extremely helpful and patient with me. I ended up buying oil and he even helped me put it in my car. My car is running so much better. Highly recommend this location and highly recommend talking to Miguel for a great in-store experience.”

Therefore, O'Reilly is not allowed to install these as they could be liable if something went wrong. So, he helped me get a new battery and recommended someone to install it for me, who was two minutes away. Done in no time! Thank you, Ted, for your help and friendliness as well”

One day i went in feeling sad and the whole team cheered me up and got me out of depression. These guys are like family now. From the manager to the drivers, they ALL are very generous and kind. If i could rate more than 5 stars i would!!”
“If I could I would give this location 10 stars. Ms Bobby is one of the most kind, very knowledgeable, professional, and hard working auto parts cashier I have ever met. I came in for an alternator on Monday which she gave me the most helpful tips on. I returned the core on Wednesday which while I was returning the core a guy came in and ran out of the store with a car jack(which was still in the box). Ms Bobby ran after the attempted thief along with the rest of the staff and retrieved the merchandise unharmed. Unfortunately the guy got away, but I’ve never seen a more loyal set of hard working and determined individuals. Ms Bobby along with the staff have now earned a valuable customer. This will always be my go to auto parts store and location from here on out. Thanks Ms Bobbi for being super awesome.”
