She confirmed my need for a replacement battery, but she went on to explain the readings and to show how old my battery was. She explained all the deals they had and wrote them down for me. I then comparison shopped and batteries plus was the best value. On my return, she even found a coupon for an even better value. My purchase and install was less than 15 minutes. Jaci was smart, knowledgeable, polite, professional and very pleasant and helpful. Overall, a great value provided by a great company and great employee, Jaci. Because of her attention to my individual needs, she and Batteries Plus have earned my highest recommendation.”

“Shout out to Greg. He is a fantastic person and very professional. I came in there with battery issues, and it was almost 9 pm. He welcomed me inside with a happy face, listened to my problem, and immediately asked if I wanted my battery tested, and I said yes. He came out, checked, and, of course, the battery was dead. He offered to replace it, and I bought one. He said Ma'am, you can sit in your car if you feel cold, and I will take care of you. So nice of him. Now I know where to go for my car support.”

“I used to always go to Autozone for batteries or lights. But the service had been lackluster especially the past few times I went. I was at one and was given a really bad attitude by the clerk, and was going to go to a different location when I decided I would just try out O reilly's instead. I should add the lady on the phone from Autozone was exceptionally rude to me. I'm glad I went here instead! Professional, and good service. “Ted was very helpful. Battery died in my elderly mom's GMC Terrain, and it's an AGM battery, so it's harder to install. Therefore, O'Reilly is not allowed to install these as they could be liable if something went wrong. So, he helped me get a new battery and recommended someone to install it for me, who was two minutes away. Done in no time! Thank you, Ted, for your help and friendliness as well”

“Honest review* I was given the wrong battery at a different Oreillys location and was told they could not replace my battery because it was too difficult, which I understand if its company policy,but this location here and the two gentlemen I believe there names were (Denny/Danny and John) went above and beyond to resolve my issue and replaced my battery! They were there in the evening shift, but I hope the manager sees this review because they truly were of great help, and Denny/Danny was just awesome, sincerely thank you !”

“A friend and I were driving and he asked me if I preferred Auto Zone or O'Reilly. I told him for the longest time I was a Auto Zone guy but recently became a fan of O'Reilly because of their customer service. We arrived at O'Reilly and Bob helped us with my headlight issue. He was very respectful and eager to help every step of the way from researching the correct product to physically helping us change out the headlights which proved to be extremely difficult. I just want to say thanks again, Bob, very much appreciated.”

“Want to start this off by saying I was there at the store the day Andre Gonzalez (the guy who left the second most recent review after this) was there.Andre was completely entitled and childish. He gave the employee a coupon that was expired then proceeded to make a scene after the employee said he could not use it. The employee then explained to him how oriellys would send him new ones to replace his old ones. However that was not good enough for Andre he demanded a discount right there in store. After the employee told him that’s not the policy Andre proceeded to yell and insult the employees as he was walking out. The employee kept it professional and courteous never raising his voice and kept telling Andre to “have a nice day”I’ve been coming to this store for years and never had any problems the guys are always great and friendly. I just thought it was wrong how an entitled customer tried to leave such a negative review because he did not get his way.”
